Below is my original review. I've thought long and hard about writing this review. This winter I had my main drain clog about 2 days before the big snowfall, during that vicious cold snap we had. Once the snow was finished and my crawl space was able to be accessed, I called Kaleb as I'm also a veteran. He came and tried to snake it, to no avail. He also commented that my crawl space was the cleanest he has seen. After not getting the main line opened with a snake, he said the only option is to "hydrojet" my line and that would free up any clog I had. He also said that he would knock off the $100 I paid for the snake from the $550 charge for the hydrojet. Well, the hydrojet didn't work and, in fact, made matters worse as all that water (and everything that was in my pipes) went all over my crawl space, which now has a terrible odor. He made no attempt to clean up the mess he made and it cost me a total of $550 to not have the problem solved and my house smell like shit! I'm sorry, but I expected more from one veteran to another. I guess now that the weather is getting nice, I'll have to pressure wash my crawl space myself. Not an easy task, being a couple months shy of 74 and not in the best of health! In short, I hate to say this about a fellow vet, but I do not recommend this company!

Next day machine was coming between 7 am and 7 pm. They showed up at 9 am to help. We have used them many times at my mothers and mother in law's house which are both from the early 1900's. Any problem they have run across (and there were many), they were able to handle easily. I've used this company since the owner was doing calls. They even saved us over 7,000 dollars by running the second sewage line through the basement rather than under the house. They are professional, friendly, and always clean up after themselves. When they say they are going to show, they always make it in the window given. I've even had them remove an old gas line from a chandelier so we could put up a new one (he had to find the ancient parts to use), which he did so promptly and finished the same day.

Initially, Andrea didn't know if they could get to me on such short notice, but she did everything she could to make it happen and called to keep me up-to-date in the mean time. Colton and (I can't remember the other guy's name - sorry other guy!) were great - professional, nice, polite, kept me in the loop on what was going on and what they were doing, etc. They came in and took a look at the situation, how the sewer lines were run, gave me their pricing which I agreed to, and got to work. Waste water now flows into the sewer again! I think their prices are probably a bit high, but (whose isn't?) they do not charge by the hour, at least not for unplugging a sewer, and they were able to show up within a few hours of my initial call. So was it worth it? Of course it was! I now have two trusted plumbing companies I can call when things go awry.

However, I was advised to simply turn the water back on to check for leaks and system integrity. When I raised concerns about potential damage or flooding, they were not willing to assume any responsibility if issues occurred. Given the condition of the property, I was expecting a safer process such as pressure testing or a staged inspection prior to reactivating the water system. Unfortunately, that was not offered. For that reason, I chose not to move forward with their services.

Since having moved into our home in the Fall of 2017, we had already had our exterior line completely replaced 3 months after buying it (our first ever home). We were then, at this point, in need of our interior plumbing being replaced as well, as it had also failed due to the terra cotta deteriorating as well. We didn't want to reuse the same contractors as before, because we were put off by the competitiveness of their practice (hard-sell techniques on the phone, excessive billboard and radio advertising, etc.) Long story short, Ben and Darren replaced the interior plumbing for us, and we couldn't have been happier with their professionalism and quality of work. After that large job (they worked with our homeowners insurance, around $10,000), I knew that I wouldn't ever again need to seek out another plumber - I wish I could craft all of the home professional contractors in the exact same mold as them - it'd make homeownership a breeze ;) We just had them here again today, late 2022, for leaking coming from the main floor of our house down into the basement. Darren wrapped the job up before lunch after showing up to take a look at it in the morning. He was honest with us on our options, and honest with us about recommending the least expensive, most straightforward fix for less than $300, fully explaining our problem (a drum trap from the 1960's with a rusted out lid, which he then replaced, instead of replacing the entire trap and cutting out the basement ceiling). I understand companies have labor, overhead, and service costs, but based on my experience, the quote felt significantly higher than what I believed was reasonable for this repair. My advice to others: get multiple quotes and do your homework before moving forward with repairs. There is absolutely no way that a company can justify nearly a 10.5 cost increase and quote a job at 3 hours that took 10 minutes of my time.
