I told him my situation and he said he would be there in 15 mins. And as he said he was at my house in 15 mins. He ran some test to find out it was a Dte issue. But he was able to get the power to the heat back on till Dte could make it out. He did not try killing me on price because of the hoilday. The gentleman I spoke with, was able to schedule me for an appointment the same week and gave me great information on how best to accomplish my goals. The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently and quickly to change all of our outdated outlets with ease. Here is a picture of him, adjusting our dining room light fixture to the proper height. He not only cleaned up my electrical mess he even did some nice dry wall repair where I had botched up removing a gang box! He spent a lot of time at my home making sure everything was right and then really was better than reasonable on the pricing.
