They advertise free shipping over $35, but when you go to check out, they suddenly add a "service fee" of $20. Seriously, $20 per order?! That's ridiculous. They say it's for things like background checks and insurance - why am I paying for that?? I'd prefer they just advertise a delivery fee up front rather than try to sneak it in during checkout. I had my entire order picked out which took quite a while, only to erase it all when they added $20. What a waste of time. If you're like me and sometimes grocery delivery really helps when you're super busy, you're better off ordering from Safeway.
