I went there because I was feeling terrible, to the point that I had to take an Uber because I could not even drive. When I arrived, they took their time collecting my information and payment method while I was standing there pale, shaking, and feeling like I was about to pass out. After I signed everything and paid the copay, they told me they did not even have a nurse there and that the doctor might have to send me to the hospital because they had limited capacity. This was only after I had already signed multiple forms and paid. When the doctor finally saw me, he ordered an EKG, but he never even got the results because the nurse said the machine did not have ink to print them. I could not believe it. I left with no answers and less money. Please skip this place. read more

A practitioner there was a bit too handsy. Tapped my leg when I was sitting crossed legged - that was weird and unnecessary. Another time, touched my waist as he was escorting me down the hallway. I cannot imagine him doing this to a male patient. Personal space matters. I quickly looked at his hand so he would realize and stop. read more

I had to go for piece of mind. And I will agree the Asian doctor that attended to us basically reprimanded me the entire time. I guess he believes over exaggeration. And I believe in peace of mind. Whether or not we go around the world spreading our germs was not my concern. During the holidays my concern was to make sure I kept my family distant if it was needed. And though I understood his lecture I almost didn't really want to hear it. Do we live in a state of paranoia post pandemic, absolutely, but I also believe we have to learn from the past and at the end of the day, to each their own. And though he reprimanded me for my way of thinking, he's clearly not changing my mind and I would still go again if I felt it would give me peace of mind. I have to say the service was extremely fast and yet all I really needed was flu and Covid test. I went to an urgent care at Fort Lauderdale by Sea and was misdiagnosed there. My condition had worsened so I called a family doctor and he was able to deduce what the cause was. I called the nearest urgent care (this one) to notify them of all this and to inquire on treatments. This woman kept me on the phone for over an hour, only to return and THEN look up my information while I was on the phone with her. She then told me even though Urgent Care initially misdiagnosed me, I would have to be evaluated again before they can provide me any actual treatment or even tell me how much the treatment will cost. HERE'S THE KICKER: I have to wait 3-7 DAYS before getting any treatment just so they can verify my condition. What a waste of time and money. read more

Whatever you do don't go here. They charged me after I already paid $150 for visit and sent me a bill for a urine analysis that I did not approve nor was asked. They make you sign a paper that basically says they can charge you for anything without your permission and you are then responsible for paying whatever amount they decide. I had been here before for the same issue and I had not been charged for this extra analysis, at least three other times. I think it's a scam to not ask permission and make people pay for stuff they have not requested. I'm never coming here again. I hope no one ever comes here again, they need to do right by their patients. read more

Good care at the facility, but horrendous customer care after that. I saw a practitioner for a knee injury who was polite, professional and friendly, and was able to refer me further for PT & orthopaedic treatment and medication. She was amazing. The 90 minute wait wasn't great, but I can live with that. The problem was the after-sales customer support. The receipt provided was too basic for my insurance, and it's proved impossible to reach someone to issue a proper receipt. I have wasted hours on their phoneline being forwarded in circles and put on constant holds and cut off. Their billing department has an email address but they have ignored multiple emails. They refer you to the site, but that does not provide what I need. It's a shame after such a good experience at the facility that their after-sales customer service is non-existent. Very frustrating. This will make me avoid this company in the future. read more

Based on my experience in the clinic, I would have given them a 5. I went a few weeks ago for a sprained ankle from a fall. The care was good and efficient, and I was reassured that all I needed was to baby it for a bit and I'd be good. Then I got the discharge report, which included a large block of text on BMI and all the risks of being fat. I am fat - this is not news to me, but let's start with the fact that BMI is a bs metric of health founded in racism and misogyny, and created to determine the "ideal man" and was never meant to be applied to individuals. Then let's move onto the fact that if it was so concerning to the doctor, perhaps he could have said something to me while I was physically in the clinic, asked me about my habits and my health, instead of making assumptions. Lastly, I have been a klutz my whole life, as a skinny person, as an average person and as a fat person - but apparently when you fall as a fat person, you need to be reminded that diabetes exists? If you think the fall is due to my weight, then talk to me about it - don't just sneak it into the notes. Anti-fat bias is the major reason that fat people don't seek out medical care and it is this bias that leads to worse health outcomes for fat people, not the fatness itself. Do better. read more

so slow. they took someone for a job interview over a patient that had already been waiting for 40 minutes. do not go between 2-3 they are on lunch and should be closed if they aren't taking patients! not an urgent care! scammers! $8 just to rot in the waiting room? never saw a doctor once. they told me they could refund me as i'm walking out but at that point i was already cutting it close with my schedule. never come here! so many better places! worst place ever! no service so they make sick people rot in the sun while they complete a 20 minute survey. just scan my id and insurance card?!!! it takes 10 minutes for me to upload it myself. do something reception other than yap! no indication on when i was going to be seen. somehow no one is coming in or out. never come here they do not treat sick people! read more

This place is amazing. It quite honestly is the best urgent care facility I have ever been too. They genuinely care about their patients and it shows. The nurses and doctors listened to my issues with my back pain, and instead of prescribing me medication that doesn't work - gave me steroids shots to help with my pain immediately! In addition, I only waited about 15 minutes until I was seen. Overall - they really have their system down pack and I will DEFINITELY be a returning patient. I was kindly greeted and was able to walk right in and register. They had an easy iPad registration system which helped to streamline the process. When I had a question with my copay the lady didn't hesitate to double check the amount. I was then brought into be triaged and felt validated with my health concern. The ARNP who came in after to see me was kind and did a detailed assessment. She helped me get back to feeling better in a short amount of time. The discharge process was also quick and easy. It is nice to know this resource is in my neighborhood. read more

The best Clinic experience I've ever had. I had first went here because I woke in the morning and my right eye was severely red and irritated and I had no idea what had caused it. I created an appointment through their online portal. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted and guided through the information form I had to fill out(the forms are on iPads). Then I was asked to take a seat, to my suppose I was seen right on time! Met the nurse who took my vitals and then swiftly the doctor, the speed and efficiency was wonderful. Before I knew it I was out the door and on the way to pick up eye drops. And now I'm better than ever! read more

Super disappointed in my experience with MD now, specifically with front desk lady "Walden". I called at 10AM to get updates on my lab results, she said she would call me back later in the day with attitude that left a bad taste in my mouth. It was clear to me when I got off the phone that as a patient I was not going to be taken care of. I waited 10 HOURS later with NO CALL BACK 20 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE I called them. (mind you this lab result is extremely important hence why I wanted to know my results so early in the morning and looked forward to the call all day). When I asked about my update she gave my attitude again, and again it was clear to me that only having 20 minutes left that her calling me back was not in her agenda. The medical field is no place to be lazy. I am being optimistic in hopes I am treated better in the future read more

The ONLY good thing that I can say about this clinic is that they saw me relatively quickly. There were only 2 other people in the waiting room and I was able to see a Dr w/in about 15 minutes. However - like many of the other medical facilities in/around Miami, Dr.'s are loathe/refuse to prescribe "Schedule II" substances (like Percocet). I understand that in July of last year Florida cracked down on mis/over-use of opiates BUT IT SPECIFICALLY SAYS THAT ONE CAN STILL GET A LIMITED SUPPLY (3 to 7 days, max). However, everyone - and the Doctor I saw today at MD Now - take their job a little too seriously and refuse to prescribe Schedule II drugs (I suppose to discourage drug abuse). And I was asking for only 3 days worth for a TERRIBLE/TORTUOUS ACUTE pain that I developed. So much for "do no harm"!!!!! This Dr's god-like refusal to simply give me 3 days worth of meds overstepped her responsibility and has condemned me to 48 more hours of excruciating pain (so much so, that I haven't had a half-way decent night of sleep and in my tortured condition was beginning to see suicide as a possible alternative). I can't speak to other treatments they may offer, but their attitude today was rude and condescending. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this urgent care. The prices for self pay patients are extremely reasonable, the nursing staff is amazing! They treated my 5 year old like she was a princess and made her visit very comfortable for her. The doctors are also very knowledgeable. When you call to ask about covid vaccine there's an automated message saying don't call just check the website. When you go to the website it says just walk in, if you try to make an appointment it says WALK IN ONLY. So I go there, guess what vaccine they don't have. If you're going to be so aggressive against folks asking if you have it, don't force them to come in! read more

In my 60 years and experience in being in hospitals clinics etc. I've never been treated so poorly. Three women on duty at once. I waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence. The PA in need of a few lessons on how to talk to people You do not accuse someone of lying when you don't know what you're talking about. Very unprofessional ..just got tested this morning and she had a fit .. accused me of jeapardizing her staff.You don't accuse patients of lying without knowing exactly what transpired . I misunderstood a simple question and was treated horribly. immediately got up and expressed my disappointment. Got up ASAP and exited the premises. This is unheard of elsewhere.: you don't treat sick people like that. Will not pay 1 penny to be treated this way. I dare you to send me a bill.. I've already contacted my ins company and reported them.Do not use this facility.. there are plenty of others. You deserve to be treated fairly and with respect. read more
