Ive been going here for years but lately they're trying to charge extra instead of what my policy says because of the deductible, I have to fight back to explain that my insurance cost is $75 and they try to charge $135 and fight it. Makes no sense. Make sure to call your insurance because they will 100% try to scam you for a few extra cents. read more

getting seen was a little slow but Dr. Barry was worth the wait. had to have my special needs kiddo be seen after flying in from out of state before our cruise the next day. I have been going to this location since 2013 -- so, 11 years now -- and have always found them to be courteous, prompt, and efficient. I moved out of the neighborhood 3 years ago and I still come back to this location for all medical needs instead of going to closer locations. They are worth the drive. Excellent urgent care! I had a great experience coming to FastCare for an upper respiratory infection. Friendly and professional receptionist, little wait time, great doctor who listened carefully to my symptoms and explained what he found was going on. Oh, and there's a super convenient parking lot and entrance behind the building. I was a little nervous making the trek from Midtown since parking can be hassle on the beach, but the reviews were awesome. Very happy I came. read more

Terrible experience. The staff is so unprofessional, Olga is rude and doesn't know how to communicate. For your own sake, please avoid going to this place. Fast Care is a wonderful and caring office. Very well organized. I've never waited longer than 20 minutes. Dr. Chris Fayeghi and staff are wonderful, always a pleasure to come. I fell while running and landed on both hands. In addition to the torn skin on both hands, it was obvious that I had broken my little finger. The staff at FastCare were fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgable and knew what to do. This site has an X-Ray machine, a Doctor and is linked to specialists (such as radiologists to read the X-Ray) and provide complete medical care. FastCare is now my Urgent Care of choice. The wait time was very short and the cost was small considering I had to have X-Rays. Pay parking is in the back and is not expensive. I hope that you never need to go to a clinic, but if you do, I would recommend FastCare first. read more

First, going to any urgent care is a bit scary, because your not really sure how long you will have to wait! I went in due to acute asthma attack and needed some help.
