NEVER go to this salon !!!!…read more In April 2018, I visited this salon with a consultation on the laser hair removal account, I do this not the first time and I know the clinical indications for the procedure and the time of hair loss and so on. After consulting with the doctor, she told me to come in a month or more, since my skin is too dark for the procedure. I want to say that I am a white race and my skin is a little dark (I come from Russia). I warned the doctor that my skin would not become brighter as this is my natural color, I avoided the sun in every possible way and took sun protection creams. Arriving at the procedure the doctor was told that my skin is not light, I once again explained to the doctor that I do this not for the first time, on the same laser and on certain capacities. The doctor has made to me procedure on all body at my parametres what i did before. Applying lines along of my body with a marker to distribute the zones, after finishing did not even offer me a wet napkin so I could erase those lines !!! It took 2 weeks and the hairs still on my skin, I called the salon where the manager told me to wait 20 days and then to call, we agreed by phone that if my hair will be on my skin I would do a free procedure again or return the money. I called after 20 days, explaining that I was not happy with the service and the manager refused to compensate me anyhow !!! Speaking that my skin types are complicated for the procedures and they warned me that the hair will not disappear at all. So for this, there is a set of procedures !!!! I first encounter such a bad attitude towards clients, I could continue to visit this salon and advise it to everyone, but you lost the payment of an able client and gained a bad reputation !!!!

She gave me a very thorough assessment to begin, and told me both the good areas, and areas I could improve upon with my skin care. I am fair and freckly, so she took that into account and really listened to my concerns about my skin, and what my areas of self-consciousness were. I appreciated her pleasant and professional demeanor, as well as her gentle touch with my microderm and peel. Carrie was knowledgable about the products and really helped me determine the products I was using and what I could add to it to achieve my goals. I felt that she genuinely cared about me, my regimen, and how to work with a few new products. I trusted her in that she was not there to sell me anything, but to counsel me on my skin care goals. I purchased both the Vitamin C set and the Retinol, which in the few days since I have seen a difference in my skin's health. I also purchased the membership to go monthly at a discount. Before starting services, I clearly explained to the owner multiple times that my main concern was removing gray hair. I was assured that this treatment was included in the package I purchased. One thing that immediately raised concern for me was the large amount of paperwork focused on chargebacks before services even began. Despite feeling uneasy about it, I decided to move forward. After my third session, I informed the owner that I was not seeing any noticeable results. That is when I was finally told that the laser being used only works on dark hair, not gray hair. I reminded her again that gray hair removal was the primary reason I signed up in the first place. At that point, I was told I would need an entirely different treatment package costing an additional $1,000 or more. This was not what was originally discussed or agreed upon. I requested a refund for my remaining unused services, but the owner stated she needed to speak with her attorney first. After that conversation, my emails and text messages went unanswered. Overall, I feel I was misled about the services being provided and disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution afterward.
