    Had an appointment to get my second COVID booster, and was taken in right away after verifying my ID. The gal working (ugh, forgot her name) was super sweet and very personable! She loved my tattoos and had me write down my artist, which was so nice. The whole process was really chill and I couldn't event feel the needle (sign of a good nurse!) and had no issues with it during my 15 minute wait. The entire place is very clean and professional, and there is plenty of parking outside. Love that it's close to home and right by a bunch of stores and restaurants!

    My son caught a cold over the weekend and was feeling much better, however per school policy - he is unable to return to school until he had a negative Covid test. We previously went to this location get one done on 10/20/2021 and the process was simple and easy. My fiancé asked a specific question in regards to needing orders for a Covid test from my son's PCP. At that time, the staff assured us that we didn't and scheduled a same-day appointment for the test. We got the test done and received proof of documentation within 3 days time, as explained & expected. We liked that experience so much and that's why I gave 3 stars. We were hoping that it would be just as simple and painless this second time around. Fast forward to today 11.29.2021, just a little over a month from our last visit. My son and fiancé walked in and asked if they could get a Covid test done. A lady named Gina "assisted" them by stating, "We don't do that anymore" & when my fiancé asked why, she gave a very vague and repetitive answer: "Things have changed." She then proceeded to recommend that we reach out to our PCP to get orders for a test which we had asked our first time around and were assured that it was not necessary. As a worker in healthcare myself, I try to empathize with fellow medical staff because I know how volatile and ever changing times these are. However, from a patient's standpoint - I believe it is the job of the facility and their staff to communicate clearly and answer questions to the best of their abilities and today's service did not reflect this. Perhaps it was just this location that no longer offers it, or maybe they have changed their policy to need orders from your PCP. Whatever the case may be, the reasoning should be clear to staff and patients about why a service that was offered just a month ago is no longer being offered. We are extremely lucky to have many other places that offer testing, it was just quite disappointing that a place that usually leaves us feeling positive about our patient care experience fell short.

The representative was rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to my needs. I suspect that since all of my relevant information was in front of the representative, my poor treatment was likely due to the organization's culture toward people of color. I called to schedule a heart procedure. The representative kept me on hold for nearly 10 minutes and only offered an appointment more than three months away. Call me crazy, but a heart procedure is serious and should be scheduled within less than three months. When I asked for her name, she gave it and then abruptly hung up. I called back to speak with her supervisor, but I was placed directly on hold. This happened three times. On the fourth try, I finally spoke with a new representative, but when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was placed on hold for more than five minutes. When the representative returned, I was told the supervisor was too busy but would try to reach out the next day. I contacted the ombudsman, but they weren't much help either. I was given the runaround. Bottom line: be very cautious of Sutter Health. It seems that the organization's culture prioritizes revenue from monthly premiums over genuine patient care, especially for patients of color.

The front desk person was professional, attentive, and friendly. The location is convenient with easy access to the freeways as well as other stores. I arrived shortly after they opened on a weekday and was fortunate to be seen within a few minutes. The medical assistant and the physician assistant were both wonderful. It was a relief to be treated with such care and consideration. I also appreciated how they took the time to listen to me as well as explain what they could and could not do. They did not rush which made me feel more comfortable being in their care. When I arrived, I could not hear out of one ear and the other ear was slightly clogged. They clearly communicated what they were going to do beforehand and also what I could expect. They were gentle in evaluating my ears and irrigating them. They knew I had just been to the doctor the previous day and had a painful experience resulting in inflammation in one ear. I appreciated their empathy. I would highly recommend this urgent care!

The doctors who used to work here were professional, careful, and respectful, which is why my visit on May 14 was extremely disappointing. I had an appointment for a dental cleaning at around 5 PM. When I arrived, I was taken in by a staff member who did not introduce herself and seemed confused about why I was there. Another staff member joined shortly after, also without any greeting or explanation. The entire interaction felt rushed and unprofessional from the beginning. It was very obvious that they were in a hurry. The cleaning was done extremely quickly and very roughly. The procedure was painful, and there were a couple of moments when I almost choked because everything was being done so fast with little care for my comfort. I have never experienced anything like this during a routine dental cleaning. The entire appointment lasted around five minutes, after which I was told that the "second part" would need to be completed during another appointment. After this experience, I realized I did not feel comfortable continuing treatment there. I canceled the follow-up appointment as soon as I got home. It is unfortunate because this clinic used to have genuinely great doctors. From what I understand, many of them are no longer there. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was so negative that I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.
