I specifically requested the use of a sod cutter and commercial grade landscape fabric. The landscape fabric began ripping and pulling out within hours. Some portions were layered with multiple scraps. They removed dead grass and some dirt with a combination of shovels and a tiller I provided. They did not have the right tools or materials. They assured me they could remove the sod and would also spray the remaining roots so it would not return. I reached out about the poor landscape fabric within 24 hours. 9 days later when boulders were placed it was apparent that in most areas the sod was not removed at all. They did not spray the grass deterrent. When I spoke to them 9 days later they made many excuses for the poor quality of work, and blocked me on their contact number and all accounts. Pictures taken day 1 and day 9 after work was "done." $1700+ for the work and materials...

I had ground electrical outlets near both trees, they protected those, I had an address rock and a rose bush near the largest tree and those and a rock wall around the area, were all protected very nicely by prior planning on where the trees would fall. Both trees fell without issues right where they were planned to go. Then the crew began cutting the trees apart and chipping the smaller limbs and branches and cutting up and stacking the larger ones, to be hauled off. The clean up job the crew did was the best. You would never know there had been little sticks, branches, leaves and saw dust everywhere. Owner, Greg left as clean up began and the crew continued on doing an excellent cleanup job. This lawn company not only had decent pricing, but they were able to fulfill my request the same day. I was expecting them to say they could come out the next day, but he fit me in same day. The team of 4 men arrived at my house, asked me a couple of details about my needs and hit the ground running. I couldn't believe how good and quick they took care of my yard. They filled almost a dozen 55 Gallon heavy duty lawn care bags stuffed full of 95% leaves. I do not comment online, in fact this would be the first possibly the second time ever. We hired Sharp Streaks to paint the interior of our home. They charged us 6K & please look at the…read morepics. After we saw that their initial job was terrible & they left our side door unlocked upon leaving, we reached out to them to fix the very obvious problems which was paint peeling, ZERO tying in of the walls to the ceiling as no tape was used whatever, and paint on our fixtures & floors, they came back out a 2nd time. Not only did they NOT fix any of the issue, they then got paint all over our fireplace flute, paint on the crown molding, & a space in the kitchen was completely missed & not painted, & they left our door unlocked the 2nd time! I texted to get just the cost of labor back as we now have to hire real professionals to come fix this & Nora argued with me that they can come back & fix it. FOR A THIRD TIME?! This is NOT a professional painting company!!! They did not give a SINGLE DIME BACK of 6K & this is the quality of their work. These ppl are nice to chat with but are clearly using cheap & unqualified laborers to do a poor job. There is NO EXCUSE for charging so much & then refusing to pay back even a portion to correct mistakes made after multiple attempts to fix it. Our bank USAA fully refunded us after I provided the pics. I am reporting them to the BBB & I hope they stop falsely advertising as professional painters. We were not disappointed. Rob and his crew did such a wonderful job! Communication was clear and prompt, the guys worked hard and did a great job cleaning up. The price was very reasonable, and they helped clean up some dead branches from other areas of the yard as well. They were very professional and hard-working. Highly recommended!
