They saw an opportunity to make more money and double book the place we had already reserved in full. They wanted to put my fiancé and the bridal party in the "back room " and the other party up front. When this was all going down, they told us the other bride was "only" getting married at the venue across the street from their location, as if that would somehow make this debacle acceptable. Oh, and then, they tried selling us on they would have everyone done in 3 short hours, bride, wedding party, flowers girls, etc. . So the biggest day of my fiancé's life, she supposed to share that with other women she doesn't know despite having booked the ENTIRE place 2 years out?!?!??! And it would a rush job!?!?!? RUN from this place and find a company that is professional and honors the commitments it makes to its clients.

Kate is super warm, friendly, prompt with communication, and overall a joy to work with. Because I had a small number of people that needed makeup services (myself, my mom, and my sister-in-law) I worked with Taylor instead of Kate for my wedding, but both of them were at my trial and were super thorough and listened to exactly what I wanted, making adjustments as needed.
