I've only gotten (2) massages in my lifetime. One being in Mexico on vacation and the other at Hand and Stone Massage. They were complete opposites (hand and stone was on the low end of spectrum). So even though I heard that ME SPA would be a different experience, I was still nervous. BUT.. WOW! I had such an amazing time. My massage therapist, Claudia, was so sweet and great. The ambience there was wonderful and receptionist were welcoming. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was directed to the back where I changed into my robe and sandals. After, I sat in their Relaxation room where I had water, my feet soaked, and a warm heated pad around my neck. It was a nice little prep before my Swedish massage. Came here via a Groupon offer for a 50-min facial. Arrived 15 minutes prior to sign a release form, change, and relax. I was seated in their relaxation room and was offered some tea, a neck warmer, and a warm foot soak prior to the facial which was complimentary. I was definitely soothed and relaxed! My esthetician was very attentive to my acne-prone skin needs and made sure to use products that wouldn't aggravate my face. Products were suggested to me during the visit, but there was no pressure to purchase any. My face felt so rejuvenated and moisturized! While I do not think the facial did much clinically speaking for my acne related concerns, I was pampered and taken care of. My experience was lovely, but I would suggest an upgrade to their locker rooms. There were many amenities provided within, but the furnishings look older and dated. A refresh would be wonderful if they so choose! read more

I visited MeSpa for the first time recently. For my first visit, I decided on a pedicure. Cathy was my pedicurist everything was amazing. The zero gravity chair was unbelievably comfortable and next level. Cathy has many years of experience and it shows in the level of service she provides. At checkout, there was a little snafu with the gift card my husband had purchased for me. It was actually a promo voucher that was supposed to be converted into a gift card within 60 days of purchase before losing value. Unfortunately, I had not realized this and the card had lost some value. The very friendly and helpful receptionist was kind and understanding. She explained the situation and restored the card back to its original value. She did not have to do that but it was so very appreciated. Oh The Me, Spa! I just had A "Me Time" at the ME SPA today for Valentines Day, Thanks To MY Amazing Boy Friend!! I was thoroughly IMPRESSED. I was gifted a Mani/Pedi and a massage package. From the beginning till the end, I had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. My appointment was at 1:00 but I was instructed to be there 20 to 15 minutes early. One of the front desk lady took me back to the changing room, showed me the ropes. Next ... RELAXATION ROOM. NECK WARMER through out the spa session ... Extremely relaxing. Was offered Hibiscus Tea or Water. I had 3 sessions splited up. First was the Manicure, Second was the Massage, and the third was the Pedicure. Every session started a ended promptly. Manicure, which was ok, but it definitely was a great job, no complaints. Barrie was sweet, helped me with the choice nail color ( it's so hard find a nail color when you like all colors lol) If I had to rate it from 1 to 10 I would give a 7. Next up was, the 50 minute massage.... It started at 2:15, (I had to go pee...So...Lol yeah...) I was back on the massage table by 2:19 Oh the massage!!!! (insert googly eyes heart emojis) It was OUT OF THIS PRESENT WORLD. I think I may have had an outter body experience. Madison is A ROCK STAR!! SHE WAS AMAZING! She definitely focused on what I requested her to focus on. It was excellent! From smell, touch and sound therapy. Again, Neck warmer and warm eye pillow, while the massage, was so relaxing and therapeutic. Her hands are MAGIC!!! Massage ended at 2:09. 1 to 10... The Massage was 10+1 lol *Shrugs* Back to relaxation room, Again was offered a fresh neck warmer and Tea or Water... Waited Maybe less the 3 minutes for pedicure session with Cathy! Ok ... I think THIS PARTICULAR pedicure was my most favorite part of my spa day!! I was told by Barrie ... That I am going to Love my pedicure and yes! She was absolutely 100% accurate. This definitely has to be guest favorite...Hands down. Zero gravity recliner, (AGAIN!!) neck warmer, eye pillow and a warm blanket... JUST TAKE ALL MY MONIES ALREADY!!! I think I was floating... I have NEVER experienced anything like this before! Pedicure done ... Back to relaxation room, Again was offered a fresh neck warmer and Tea or Water... I would definitely encourage a pedicure AT ME SPA, IF NOTHING ELSE. 1 to 10 ... 10+20000 lol but seriously.... I think I'll have the best night sleep tonight with all the soothing and relaxation. I found this spa on Groupon. I had no idea they were downtown Naperville because they are on the second floor. However, although you cannot see them the location is great it's right downtown Naperville next to soft surroundings. Enter the door that looks like a bunch of offices and you can take the elevator or stairs up. What intrigued me about the spa, is I like that they do have a relaxation room and provide guests robes. If you arrive early most appointments with a foot soak and a heated pad around your neck. This is very enjoyable and unique! I really enjoyed my facial! I thought the aesthetician did a fantastic job. What I am unsure about is the Groupon was supposed to come with two upgrades: aromatherapy and Jade rolling but I did not notice these upgrades at all. So I'm not sure if I got them or if I did get them then they should do a better job at communicating that. I'm pretty sure I didn't though. I heard for pedicures you lay down the entire time which I thought was kind of cool as well! I may try that in the future if they have a special. Hopefully I get all aspects of that special and not just some of them. read more

My new to go spot. I have back pain from an accident and my massage therapist was perfect I walked out of there pain free. I'm definitely going again. They are so popular it's hard for me to get in, that's the only downfall. I will next try the facial and mani/pedi services. I highly recommend this place. Be prepared to search for parking so get there early enough to find parking it's a very popular area. You are given this very soft rope you soak your feet while waiting for your massage. I promise you that you won't want to leave. I would make appointments way in advance since they book up pretty fast I highly suggest booking future appointments I tried getting in 80 min it was very difficult so I worked with what I could in the meantime. read more

I LOVE ME spa. I make a point to go here at least once a year for a massage or facial. The services and facilities are reflected in the price. If you get to your appointment ten minutes early, you sit in a relaxing waiting room with fresh water flavored with fresh citrus fruit. Your therapist comes out to greet you with a warm foot bath and a warm herbal neck wrap before your service. I had a facial done with Gisela Nieves and she was so nice and calm. I felt so comfortable requesting small changes during my session. They have heated beds, but they can turn off the heat if it's too much. There are showers available in the changing rooms so you don't have to leave the salon with the oils in your hair and on your body. They have hair dryers and curling irons so you can also style your hair before you leave. The robes are so comfortable that it's just an experience changing into one! I would recommend this spa over all other spas for a special day for yourself. If you are looking for a luxurious gift to give someone, this is the place to treat them to! read more

After a foot soak, we are covered with a blanket in the warm and comfortable chair, with a lavender scented eye cover. We enjoy the next 60 minutes of pure heaven, then follow it up with lunch in one of the many wonderful restaurants Downtown Naperville has to offer!
