If you don't have time to utilize these facilities, make sure you arrive at least 20 minutes early for your appointment. Parking was easy, but the spa felt like it was located deep into the hotel so there was at least a few minutes of walking. The person working the front desk was really nice and walked me to the locker room to change. After changing, I went over to the waiting room to wait for my esthetician, Angela. She picked me up from the waiting room a few minutes later and explained the process and asked if I had any problems areas. She was very attentive and described the process going on throughout the facial. It was very relaxing! The 80 minute facial flew by. When it was done, I went back to the locker room to change and get my bag. I then headed to the spa front desk to check out.
