If the appointment wasn't going to include any kind of exam or assessment, that should have been made clear upfront. I walked out with no answers, no care, and now a long wait for the appointment I actually needed. Very disappointing, and I won't be returning.

I emailed on a Monday and it was 9 business days before I got a response. I immediately responded to the message (probably 5 min later) and it's now been 3 days. I'm currently on hold to the clinic and it's a 12 min hold time, after spending 5 min just to get through all the prompts. I also know it will probably be at least 3 weeks before I can even be seen. If I hadn't already started care with this clinic, I would probably switch. And I'm still tempted too, but I'm pregnant and really don't want to deal with getting another referral and waiting even longer.

This last visit was the last straw however. Why did I keep going back? Well, it's usually the clinic I can be seen at same day and it's very close to my house, so while care has never been too high of quality here, being a busy mom, it usually suffices when I need a zpack or for minor issues. The provider saw me on Monday & told me to call back if I developed a fever. I did so I tried to call. The phone number listed was not the correct clinic, so I had to be rerouted. Twice. After 25 minutes on hold, I still did not get the correct location but the person who answered this time said they'd give the provider my message. 24 hours go by, no call back. I then get a text with a link for a follow up telehealth visit. So seeing as I'm sicker now, I take it. I wait for the visit the next day and log in. It is with a random provider at a different location and they apparently had no access to the provider's notes from Monday so it was like starting over. After me telling her how my symptoms have gotten worse, she informs me there's nothing she can do beyond cough medicine (what?) and to schedule an in-person appointment. Super, super frustrating. I understand telehealth visits have limitations but there was zero effort to examine me virtually and felt almost as if she was just trying to rush me off the phone. I did not feel heard or well-cared for as I have in other telehealth appointments elsewhere. There is a severe lack of quality of care here. They have clearly given up. Please do not waste your time or money at any of these branches. Legacy ER is next door and 100% the extra few bucks. Lesson learned!!

Staff was entirely different from my first experience. The doctor is great, and I had no complaints towards her. She was very sweet and helpful. However her front staff was not that case. The lady that handles the insurance claims, is also the nurse prior to seeing the doctor. She gives major attitude and backtalks. She asked me the location of my Walgreens pharmacy. I told her on Midway. She said "ok" as if she knew which one. Never asked the address to confirm. After it was too late bc the doctor had already electronically sent the prescription, I find out she had sent to a Walgreens that doesnt even have Midway in its intersection. It's off Preston and Frankford. Had I not double checked, I would've never known where she sent it. After hours of not being able to get my prescription at my pharmacy, sick in bed, im told then i can just come get the written prescription. Which I had asked for, prior to leaving. Poor front staff can truly ruin it for doctors. Staff prior, was totally different. Also, front lobby, dirty. Not a single water bottle in the fridge for patients, unlike prior visit. I was visiting family in Celina when I slept wrong and put a kink in my upper back. I wasn't sure…read moreif I'd be able to wait it out so I looked around to get adjusted. (I have a 2 yo to care for so I couldn't be out of commission) Woodlands Chiropractic popped up in-network and high reviews so I called and left a message. By 2:30 I received a call back and was able to get an appt within the hour. The receptionist was as sweet in-person as she was on the phone . As I waited to be seen I was able to hear other clients walk in and she knew each one by name. Felt like home! Go in to meet with the doc and was very pleased. Friendly and listened to my pain areas. Little twist here...twist there....next morning woke up feeling great!! He rec I come back the next day for one more visit and I'm glad i did. I left feeling even better than that morning. My back and shoulder hasn't bothered me since and it's been a week since my visit. Thanks Doc!!

Including my Accupuncture treatment for horrible peripheral neuropathy, she realized there was medication I should be taking for uncontrolled Hypothyroidism. I reached out to my Endocrinologist & within 2 weeks I began the additional medication. By day 3 the symptoms I'd been experiencing connected to my thyroidism lessened immensely. Paperwork was filled out and I was taken back before my appointment time. Every nurse I came in contact with(I had blood work) was super nice and friendly, and it put me at ease. When they asked "What's wrong?" I had a laundry list, and they listened and let me vent. There is a really cute jungle theme here! I thought the Dr was very friendly and thorough. My granddaughter felt completely at ease with her. We talked about allergies and I learned something new today - the correct way to use Flonase! A prescription was sent to the pharmacy via her iPad and off we went. On the way out, there is a sticker station where the kiddos can choose a sticker, so that was the big decision of the hour. Insurance was billed so I didn't need to make a payment at the visit. I thought the practice was efficient, caring and professional.
