In short, the inspector could not fit through a crawlspace constriction that just beyond it had a bad water leak in a PEX pipe and mold. This damage was not hidden; it was readily visible while crawling through the area. The discovery was incidental, not even part of the planned work. While I'm fortunate the repairs were within my contractor's capability, the incident has caused considerable disruption, delaying our move-in indefinitely and incurring unexpected costs. I understand that not every issue can be found, especially with legitimate access limitations. However, when an inspector claims a space is inaccessible yet it's easily navigable by an average person, it points to a critical failure in the inspection process. I believe a more diligent inspection would have uncovered this problem, and as a result, I cannot recommend this company. The significant oversight has caused a lot of stress and financial burden. update: As I've lived in the home for a little while now, I have found more issues that were not documented in my inspection. While this company is dismissing my leak/mold concern as being in an area they were not able to inspect, there are other misses I wanted to update the review with: 1. Deck missing ALL handrail fasteners, like 150 of them! Deck was unsafe and should not have passed inspection in that state! 2. Fireplace refractory panels severely damaged and in need of replacement 3. Multiple gutter issues with incorrect pitch or missing flashing 4. Another deck that is missing additional reinforcing fasteners, including a bolt that was sheared. In this case, at least it's a simple fix but should have been caught in a visual inspection. 5. Roof line missing drip edge flashing. This could rot the roof in a few years, and I need to make an urgent repair. 6. Roof vents have degraded sealant on rubber boots. This should have been visible even from a ladder (not walking the roof). These were all apparent upon visual inspection and should be issues existing at time of inspection. While nothing on this list is a deal-breaker in and of itself, the cumulative list of issues I've spent the past months working through and discovering more of is tiring. I have missed out on many thousands in seller concessions in addition to my personal time trying to fix these problems myself, or hiring contractors when it's out of my league.

They bid a small job of another type, took a deposit, then doubled the deposit, both of which we paid. They ordered materials. Then we were forgotten. I had to proactively pursue them for status, which seemed to be received with bother. After about seven weeks and several excuses, I was offered a refund of my deposit because "I'm too busy to follow up more on what happened to this order..." Wow. Sorry to have been such a hassle for you. My bad. Unprofessional in a small town can't be a good thing. I'd recommend making another choice if it were you.

I will always hire them for future projects. They keep you informed and involved, actually listen to your ideas and preferences and then do the job with expert care and attention to detail, explaining what is needed all along the way. Projects they've done for me include: Repairing rather than replacing rotting windows, (saving me thousands of dollars), fixing drainage issues on a balcony and re-tiling it, (which had been done previously by another outfit without success), Fixing all the wood rot caused by the aforementioned balcony drainage issues, installing beautiful wood floors and painting the rooms (and repainting someone else's botched paint job), fixing difficult doors, exterior stucco painting, and many many other small jobs I added to their punch list. Save yourself botched jobs headaches and hire the best from the get go, get it done right the first time, and learn a ton along the way by using All In One. Remember you get what you pay for and they have fair and transparent prices to boot. Stop looking and call All in One.

While the main work was completed satisfactorily, the finish quality was inconsistent in several spots, including uneven edges, missed areas on the trim, paint on adjacent surfaces, and other minor imperfections that detract from the overall appearance. Mostly, couldn't believe they didn't cover/protect my main living room window from paint splatters. I had to have a trusted window cleaner remove them. Found my vacuum cleaner was used (not a shop vac) to vacuum drywall. This in essence kills a vacuum as cleaning it is difficult if not useless (and I consult a vacuum cleaning shop). I bought a new one. A more thorough inspection by the contractor after the crew considered the job complete may have resulted in a more professional outcome and reduced the need for return visits to address these issues. Realize Ryan, whose company it is, doesn't do the work but also doesn't oversee the crew he sends out. There were multiple areas with uneven coverage and details that appeared neglected. Given the company's strong reputation and ratings, I expected a cleaner finish and more rigorous quality control. While the overall result is good, the project would have benefitted from greater care and attention to detail throughout the finishing process. Note: Brendan & Jordan mentioned in a previous review did not come out to my home.

He stayed within budget and his work ethic was fabulous. He is a good communicator and seemed to be on the same page as me throughout the process, so there was no awkwardness regarding conversation and expectations. He has integrity and made sure all the details were addressed. I like the edges to be precise and clean, he does that. I have had other contractors that missed the mark, and it did cost me more time and money. So we have been incredibly happy with Michael, we will refer him and use him again when necessary, because we are now investing in additional properties that need attention.
