Steve demand 50% down , 27k , later found out Cal law (CSLB ) 1,000 or 10% max . Also, Steve had no workmans comp .. he was not fully licensed. In his contract said I must give a 5 star rating or be fined $ .. He thought is was a would deck but any and all contractor knew it's cement as it is a heated . He never prep the cement ( didn't fill in the cracks , grind or level ) and used Henry roof coating not deck coating . The deck is a pond now .Steve refused to redo the deck. Only one section of dry rot . .. Steve argues and debates everything and constantly whines . Steve is a blamer and Completely incompetent. Due to my pressure. Steve finally paid Painter ( south shore painting) in October.. And a separate issue wood for my fence missing from garage .. I never a written a bad review but needed to warn the public .. now I have a first bid 75k from a contractor to redo entire job and we'll file a formal complaint with CSLB .. resolution with Figurora is with legal now

He was amazing to work with through the entire 8-month process. Mike added windows to dark rooms, moved walls and closets to open up the space, redid the plumbing and wiring, removed non-compliant wood burning stoves and installed a modern gas fireplace, completely updated the kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and so much more. He was incredibly easy to communicate with and always came up with creative solutions to complex problems. On top of all that, he's an extremely polite and considerate person. Their Terrible work on my brand new home which they were contracted by a company called Ryder homes to do all the plumbing work. As I had talked to 4 of my new neighbors when their home was inspected they also had the same issues with the plumbing which is was the same company. My inspector found several plumbing issues I will post picture down below. Pretty disappointing on trusting a new home build with had so much issues but yet everyone is pointing fingers at each other and don't want to fix the job. The workers all left trash and all there work things down in my craw space. each company they contract out to help build these home are all horrible half A**work and it's work you can see if under your home. I going to poorly rate each company that was contracted and call the BBB to place a complaint. I have all the pictures to prove their work.

I discovered some Termite damage in three Floor Joists and Rim Joists in my home. The Pest…read moreInspector said there was no active infestation, but I should call a General Contractor. Danny's first Crawl Space inspection led him to guestimate was there was $5,000-$6,000 of damage, but there was no way to know for sure without removing the exterior wall. After Danny thought about it for a couple weeks before he came to work on the house, he came up with a stroke of genius. Instead of removing the exterior siding, he cut a hole in the floor by the damaged Floor Joists so he could easily reach the damage without multiple trips through the crawl space. Then instead of replacing a 6+ foot length of Floor Joist, he nailed 8"x2" pressure treated wood bracing on either side of the Floor Joists and backed-up 4 Rim Joists with 8"x2" pressure treated wood. He also screwed into the foundation sidewall pressure treated 2"x4" wood side bracing support from the foundation footing to the bottom of four Floor Joists. He did this all in one day (with a helper) at a cost of $1,000 instead of his original guestimate of $5K-$6K. Danny is a Genius, hard worker, and very honest!
