    BLONDIES 3

Melissa is absolutely AMAZING. Every week, the Fuel Bar posts their menu for the week. With 3-4 different meals on Monday then Thursday. Every day and week is different- and is always DELICIOUS. While I can talk on about the meals, the blondies and banana breads are my absolute favorite. I legit buy 6-7 blondies at a time. It's a addiction

First time here & I was amazed. The smoothie "Let's Date" was freaking flavorful, light, yet filling. Highly recommend this spot for great smoothies & healthy meal plans!

From the…read moremoment you step inside, you are greeted by an adorable interior and decor that cleverly and beautifully matches the restaurant's theme. Every single item we ordered from the menu was exceptional: Beet Salad & Bone Marrow: Both made for fantastic starters, setting a high bar for the meal. Beef Tartare: Served with house-made potato chips that are a masterclass in texture--thin, fried, airy, and crispy all at the same time. Steak and Fries: Classic execution and wonderfully prepared. Duck Confit: Superb. The pairing of the rich mole sauce and sweet potato puree takes the dish to an entirely different level, complementing each other effortlessly. Baklava Cheesecake: A creative and delicious twist on a classic. The cream cheese filling is light rather than dense, and instead of a traditional graham cracker crust, it features a fantastic baklava crust. It is nicely balanced and not overly sweet, though you will definitely want to pair it with a cup of coffee to finish it off. Service: The staff is exceptionally friendly, highly attentive, and organized, making you feel well cared for throughout the meal. Portions: Portions are slightly on the smaller side. My husband and I ordered three appetizers and two main entrees to share, and we were still quite hungry by the end--so you may want to order an extra dish or side if you have a hearty appetite! Overall, a wonderful dining experience with incredible flavors and charming ambiance. Highly recommended!

It has this warm, cozy European feel that almost makes you feel like you've stepped into a little farmhouse somewhere in Tuscany. Our waiter was amazing. I unfortunately didn't catch his name, but he was impossible to miss -- probably 6'7", muscular, bodybuilder-looking guy -- and despite looking like he could bench press the entire restaurant, he was incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming. Seriously great service. They also offered decanter service for our wine, which was an unexpected and really nice touch. It added a little sophistication to the experience without the restaurant ever feeling stuffy or overly formal. Most importantly, the food was amazing. Between the food, the wine service, the atmosphere, and how friendly the staff was, this place really impressed me. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to, especially for a comfortable date night or a nice dinner when you want something that feels a little more intimate and unique.

We got there a little before the game and had plenty of choices for seats. It definitely filled up as kickoff got closer, but with TVs everywhere, this place is pretty much built for watching sports. The food was surprisingly good, plenty of choices, good beer selection, and the service was excellent. Our waitresses were friendly and attentive even as the place got busier. The whole crowd had a fun energy, which made watching the World Cup even better. I've heard Wild Goose really cranks up at night with a younger crowd, but I haven't experienced that side of it yet. For a big sporting event, though, I'd absolutely come back. Great atmosphere, good food, cold beer, lots of TVs, and friendly service. Hard to ask for much more.

I will say the espresso martini was not 5 star, but other drinks were good. We tried the blood orange marg, the spicy strawberry marg, and the cowboy marg. My mom liked the blood orange but the second round did not taste the same as the first. A bit of a consistency issue but she nursed it and finished it. My favorite drink was the cowboy marg. It was on the sweeter side but refreshing. For food. We had an assortment. Standouts were the steak dinner and onion rings! I would come back to try other things. The short rib grilled cheese was mid, but would be great to soak up alcohol. Cassidy was an excellent server, even as it got really busy for a UFC fight. Ambiance is definitely fun and unique. Generally, the experience was good. I would give it another shot to try other food and drinks.

Seems like a good place for regulars as I heard people laughing in the back and as some left they told us how amazing everything was. Unfortunately, I just don't think the food was as amazing as they thought. Both the cabbage and carrots just didn't have crisp or caramelization for something roasted I think both could have done better with a longer amount of time for better crispiness. The cabbage in general I actually can't recommend, a hassle to cut, very mushy, and overall not the best tasting? The carrots definitely also had a taste to them that I believe some people could like, but were also not for me (a pickle lover). Both dishes were also extremely acidic, think the cabbage could have done better with a cream based sauce on top. The carrots being acidic makes sense since they're pickled though. The steak sandwich was very good, however, nice price and good taste. Wish there were some leafy greens with it (why I ordered the cabbage). This place seems like a hoot and a holler for some people. But I shall never return, give it a try though maybe you'll be another regular or not, who knows?

The Dashi Pesto came with pan-seared Hokkaido scallops, dashi-infused pesto, blistered cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan. Then came the Gochujang Pork Belly over mashed potatoes with mozzarella and scallions. The pork belly was tender and flavorful, but those mashed potatoes deserve their own review. All the guests were noticeably and understandably uncomfortable and sweating the entire 3 hours. No one came to check on us or to apologize for the inconvenience. The service is one of the many reasons we keep coming back. The servers recognize us and greet us like old friends, making every visit feel warm and personal. What makes this place even more special is that it's a family-owned business. The owners are often present, personally welcoming guests and ensuring everyone has a great dining experience. Their hospitality creates a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers returning time and time again. My go-to meal is the Boneless Chicken Kabab served with basmati rice and a fresh Mediterranean salad. The chicken is incredibly flavorful, well marinated, and cooked to perfection every single time. I honestly don't know their secret, but the chicken is always juicy and tender, never dry like many other kabab places we've tried. Consistency is hard to find and they absolutely nail it. Another favorite of ours is the Koobideh Combo, which includes both Beef and Chicken Koobideh Kababs served with Mediterranean salad and your choice of basmati rice or rice mixed with lentils and raisins. The flavors are authentic, the portions are generous, and every bite is satisfying. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and service. It's no surprise that so many customers become regulars. The restaurant is usually packed during lunchtime, which speaks volumes about its popularity. We typically arrive around 11:30 AM to beat the lunch rush and enjoy a more relaxed dining experience.
