I asked several times to make sure my tag was transferred and insurance was on my car before leaving and neither was done. I had to add the insurance myself next day and wait for the new tag to go transfer the tag myself. Jason was the salesperson which I liked and was super helpful setting things up on the car.

I had to go to a Honda dealer to have the blakes bled because my rear brakes went out three times and UNB couldn't correct that problem. I had to go to a Honda dealer because UNB couldn't bother to tighten the drain plugs when they did the first oil change. The trunk wouldn't stay closed and UNB kept adjusting the latch. I took the bike to an actual trike builder and they had to disassemble and reassemble the trunk because UNB assembled it incorrectly. The morons at UNB wired the trunk light to the? ECM (Smart Fuse) line, and because UNB secured it in a way that the insulation could rub off of the wiring, that created a short that shut down the entire bike. The accessory fuse block and wiring harness looks like it was put together by a 7 yr old with a crimp tool and a roll iof electrical tape. UNB ran the wiring foe the front wheel light so that the insulation rubbed off and shorted that out. In short, they have NO clue how to build a trike. None. At all. I was robbed of $72k at the sale, and I've spent thousands fixing their garbage work. Buyer beware! Avoid this business at all cost! I was forced to give one star for the rating. In all reality, I'd give them -5 stars

I ran into the owner at a local restaurant and he told me to bring it in. Even though this Honda stuck out like a fart in church at this Harley dealership, the staff was great, and turned me around in a day. Chatted with three or four of the staff while dropping off and a different group at pick up, all were welcoming and easy conversations even about my Honda. If you aren't in a cage, on two or three wheels, this is the place you want to be. Could not recommend more.
