After less than responsive followup by the salesman, we finally agreed on price and I arranged to meet at the dealership in less than two hours to complete the purchase. On my way there I received a text that I might want to wait, since that they were processing a credit application for someone else to potentially buy the vehicle. Said it is their policy not to hold a vehicle, since sometimes people don't show up (I.e, since others don't always honor their word we don't either). Lack of integrity or ethics. If they treat customers this way, on their way to their dealership to complete an agreed transaction with cash in hand, I can't imagine how they treat customers afterwards. Will never do business with them. Although disappointed in the experience, glad I found out who they truly are before giving them my business.

I had purchased a Hyundai Sonata, '08 I think, back in 2010 at Lake Norman Hyundai and I had an extremely positive experience over the years with that vehicle and the dealership, et cetera.
