My only complaint is the base board and the could have been cleaned more thoroughly. However, when I pointed this out, The owner got right on it and ensured it was cleaned to my liking. The only other additional complaint is as follows: We have 10" ceilings and our bedroom doors are pretty tall. The doors were cleaned as far as they could reach, there for there was about 1.5 feet of the top of the doors not cleaned. Next time, I'll just remind them. Other great job! They were super responsive at 11pm on Sunday and we were able to schedule a time to deep clean the carpets at 2pm on Monday. Then to top it all off when the cleaning crew that I hired bailed on me last second, they were able to get me a cleaning crew to come 2 days later. Simply put, these folks are dependable, friendly, communicative, and all around pulled off some miracles in my home. Would 100% work with these folks again!

Once they left the chemical smell was suffocating and I had to open all the windows in the house and run the whole house fan. Then I realized there was a thick layer of cleaner all over the floor. I mopped three times and still couldn't get all the cleaner off so had to pour water directly on the floor. As it's our nursery for our baby we can't put her in her room to sleep due to the overwhelming chemical smell.
