Unfortunately in the evening I cannot say the same about the staff's welcoming, friendliness, and especially their attitude although it's primarily 1 employee. Fortunately the day shift and the 2 girls who sometimes work nights make up for the 2 guys and especially the 1 who has a serious attitude problem. Both sandwiches were cold cuts but they were nice to warm up my bread and cheese for it to be warm prior to putting tuna on it! Although sandwiches were filling, I wish they had more flavors and toppings to put on the sandwiches. The only toppings offered were lettuce, tomato, onions and spicy toppings such as jalapeño. The tuna sub was more fresh than the Italian but even then it just didn't hit the craving!

Walked up to the counter to order there were two employees. One was cutting meats and making to go orders the other was wrapping them. I told her the chicken cheese steak was supposed to have mayo "it's not a cheese steak it's chicken" it's literally called a chicken cheese steak on my order receipt. Then she told me it says add mayo like they did nothing wrong. Yes the point was they put mayo on the wrong sub. She refused to apologize. Look it wasn't a big inconvenience and I didn't want anything for free or a refund or a discount but when you're a manager and someone bring back a wrong order the absolute bare minimum you can do is just offer a simple apology. That being said the other people that work here are always nice and the food is always good quality Update: had to bring back the sub a second time because they didn't put mayo again on the philly. They refused to put the mayo on or remake it with mayo and instead gave me a cup of mayo to put on myself because "they don't have the bottle mayo".
