Walked in for a quick lunch at noon. One other couple there picking up food to go. At first glimpse it didn't look very clean but I've seen worse. Walked up to the counter to order there were two employees. One was cutting meats and making to go orders the other was wrapping them. First they said can I help you then a minute later she stated I'll be with you in a minute. We asked for the chicken salad and she said we don't have it anymore while a large poster was hanging on the front counter. Then my husband asked for a taste of the tuna and again please wait. Still not sure what the other person was doing. Finally she got him a taste ( he didn't care for it). We must have waited 10 to 15 min to finally order (at least it felt like it) no fast food here. So the other employee said to my husband "do you know what you want?" He told her two turkey subs. She chimed in very rudely "don't tell me your topping until we get there" I was like what! I said it out loud, I was so upset. We waited so patiently with no mention of it. Not, thanks you for your patient just what do you want. When we received the sandwiches they said "thank you for your patient". I believe they knew how upset I was. I will say the sandwich was very tasty. The roll was soft and the meat and cheese were fresh. They obviously have a big take-out business and it was lunch time. So come after 1:00 pm. read more

Ordered online for pickup and arrived a couple minutes early. There were two other patrons in the store already. Gave them my name and was told it would be ready soon. Ended up taking a little longer than expected but staff communicated along the way and were very apologetic for it taking longer than anticipated. We had a couple requests for our order and they followed everything we asked for. Staff was so polite and attentive. Sandwiches were tasty and fresh. The pastrami is supposed to be a limited time item, so go give it a try if you like. I asked for extra grilled onions and would definitely do that again. read more

Although they're a little on the pricey side, I really enjoy the variety of hot & cold sandwiches they offer. It's a sandwich shop you could eat at a couple times a week, if you desire, without getting bored. The portion sizes are solid & I like how they're made fresh. I usually order online from this location & rarely have had an issue with the wait time or gotten an incorrect order. The very few times there has been a mess up they do a good job at making sure they fix it. They don't hassle you like I've experienced at other restaurants. Solid customer service here. I enjoy having this location nearby because they're typically on point. The inside is kept clean which is something I always look for when picking up an order. Fresh, fast, delicious. Well, I wasn't hungry coming in here. But I've been wanting to try their subs for a while because several people I know love this brand of subs. I knew I would just mooch a bite of his sub so I could at least try this place. The guy working there was using a rag to clean the counter. He was wearing gloves. Then, he want to go make the sub. To go get the bread still wearing the same gloves. I asked him to wash his hands and change his gloves. This should be common sense for somebody working here. He was very nice about it. But still, this is a huge turn off for me. (Even though I wasn't really eating the food) Anyway, he ordered an Italian meats sub. I would never, ever order this. He also had mayo put on it which I also would never, ever do. I asked for a side of pickles. I am a pickle person and the ones they serve here are delicious. They are high quality. We had taken the sub to go. It was almost closing time. Anyhow, I did take my one bite of the sub. I expected to dislike it. Surprisingly, I liked it! The taste of the meat was not overly strong how I expected it to be. They do not have too many toppings to offer. I like lots of choices so that is a negative for me. I ate here for the first time the other day. Well, I brought home the sandwich. To be fair, I waited a few hours to eat my sandwich. And it wasn't looking too good. So I did not want to put a photo on that made the sandwich look bad. The God part is that this sandwich was delicious. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich. It was excellent. I saw the girl cook up the chicken right there. The Frank's hot sauce went well on it. Perfect flavor with some Bleu cheese dressing. I had a piece of my daughter's roast beef sandwich. The meat was sliced right then and there. The sandwich was really good. I really enjoyed both of them. I might go with the roast beef next time. Jose was so friendly and enthusiastic. A nice welcoming addition to the plaza, now I have a Jersey Mikes that is super close to me and that is dangerous. Every time I get a sub from here I fall in love all over again because they manage to make everything perfect when I come. This location recently opened up and while they are working out the kinks, the couple times I have been here it hasn't disappointed me! My go-to is always the chicken philly and this location seems to have the workers that are the greatest at making this sub! It comes with a massive helping of chicken as well as a great amount of cheese that is always melted to perfection along with the peppers and onions. Everything blends well together and I can never complain when I bite into my sub. I need to prevent myself from inhaling it because they are always so darn good! Prices are a little bit on the higher side for subs but you are always getting what you pay for in my opinion and that is while I will come back and make this my sub home time and time again! read more

I've always liked Jersey Mike's, but my recent experience at the Pembroke Pines location (2124 N Flamingo Rd) was unacceptable. Myself and my husband always come to this location and the employees are very polite. Today however was a completely different experience. I asked for a simple request--fresh gloves, mayo on both sides, lettuce on only half--and the manager's response was sarcastic, dismissive, and downright rude. It was clear that she didn't want to be there but to take it out on me ? It got to the point that I just told her to make the sandwich however she wanted cause I wasn't getting anywhere with her.She even told the employee, in front of me, that I was "the type of customer you don't want in the store." When I requested a refund, she refused. Until I told her I'm asking you nicely to please give me my refund. I wasn't going to ask again I was just going to call the police to handle the situation. If this is how management treats paying customers,Corporate needs to step in and provide serious customer service training. read more

These subs were phenomenal. Loved the customer service and all around atmosphere. Place was spotless and every single staff member was polite and attentive. I feel the food is a little over priced for what it is. I think a few less staff members on duty might help lower the costs unless it's something set by the franchise or some other factor. Two extra people there not doing a whole lot, but they were polite nonetheless. I'd go back if I were close but honestly Publix is comparable and a less expensive option. I've always heard commercials for this place, and was very excited to finally stop by and try it since I just moved up pines and there's not many locations in Miami. Overall I was not impressed. The customer service was bad, I ordered gluten free bread and the guy working seemed a little annoyed and asked if it was a preference or an actual allergy, not sure why that's any of his business. I advised it was an allergy and he went to looking for the bread. You have to pay $2 extra for it and it was absolute crap and just crumbled I ended up just removing all of it. My bf ordered a hot sub and a drink but they never gave him a cup they just walked away. We decided we won't be coming back. read more

They never get your order correct even though you are telling them what you want while they make the sandwich. Mayo smelled funny. This place used to be good, the last few times the orders were screwed up. We ordered three subs on white. All came on wheat. I ordered turkey, light mayo,lettuce, tomato and vinegar and oregano. Got turkey on wheat with lettuce , tomato, onions which ruined the whole thing because I can't eat them . No vinegar or oregano but they put oil which was all over the top of the bread. My online order was supposed to be ready at 2:13z I arrived at 2:15. I gave me name at the counter and was told it would be a couple of minutes. Nine customers came in after me, stood in line and gave their orders and got their food. I went up to the counter and asked how much longer.
