ATTENTION!!! READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS SHOP. If you having electrical or mechanical problems with your car, don't waste your time or money on this place! Customer service its great, but the lack of unknowledge would make you spend hundreds of dollars and still not get your car fix. Gave them four opportunities to fix my truck, charge me $800+ dollars to get it done, every single time the truck wouldn't start the next day. Replaced fuel pump, replaced fuel pump relay, cut my original fuel pump wiring hardness to bypass it with a nasty wiring hanging of the side of the fuse box. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! Also replaced battery since that didn't fix my issue. Next day truck didn't start again didn't bother to call them again. I took it to another mechanic and it was a loose wiring harness going on top of the motor!!! Non of the nonsense they did was necessary. ¡¡¡ATENCIÓN!!! LEA ANTES DE IR A ESTA TIENDA. Si tiene problemas eléctricos o mecánicos con su automóvil, ¡no pierda su tiempo ni su dinero en este lugar! El servicio al cliente es excelente, pero la falta de conocimiento lo haría gastar cientos de dólares y aún así no obtener la reparación de su automóvil. Les di cuatro oportunidades para arreglar mi camión, cobrarme $ 800 + dólares para hacerlo, cada vez el camión no arrancaba al día siguiente. Reemplacé la bomba de combustible, reemplacé el reléy de la bomba de combustible, cortaron cableado de la bomba de combustible original para evitarlo con un cableado desagradable que cuelga del costado de la caja de fusibles. ¡¡¡NO PROFESIONAL EN ABSOLUTO !!! También reemplacé la batería ya que eso no solucionó mi problema. Al día siguiente, el camión no volvió a arrancar ni me moleste en llamarlos de nuevo. Lo llevé a otro mecánico y era un arnés de cableado suelto que iba encima del motor. Ninguna de las tonterías que hicieron fue necesaria. read more

I have been dealing with mebco since early 90's have spent thousands of dollars there. I had my son take his car there sat Eddy was the service guy terrible customer service. He way over charged my son. I have always delt Jose and he would usually be fare. I will never recommend anyone to take there car there . My sons problem was radiator was not installed right. And instead of just fixing it insisted on getting new radiator . A very good shop by my sons work said they would do same job for 250.00 Eddy charged $650.00 then tried to get him to buy a new battery that he doesn't need. Donot take your cars there used to be good not anymore. They screwed my daughter over too. I will be posting on social media also and already spread the word to people I have recommended before. I would give zero stars if the app would allow it. read more

recently the quality of service has dropped as of late. they want to recommend unnecessary services. the trick is that the advisor or mechanic talk to you on the side and try to get you to do extra stuff. very unprofessional, if something is to be recommended, it should be in writing. especially Alfredo, he is a trickster and a fast talker. he will make the smallest thing sound like an emergency.
