The strange thing is the car was reset and no more issues. We still were looking to trade it in or sell it bc we didn't want to pay 10k. A friend mentioned TLC automotive. I took it there told them what Lexus told me and how much it would cost me. They literally quoted me half. I was so excited we immediately dropped the car off. To our surprise they said they checked everything and nothing was wrong. My husband said the battery we need it. They kept trying to get it to light up and the car was fine. They told us it didn't need anything. They could have easily just changed the battery if if they didn't think it was needed. We would have never questioned it. They were honest and informative. We will take all our Lexus and Toyotas there.

Was told that needed a new battery and terminal connectors replaced. No problem until told it would cost $540 for parts and labor...wow! Declined service but paid $57 for labor to find problem. Went to O'Reilly's got battery for $179 and then to CO-OP to put in. They also told me to replace one terminal and that was done for $68.00 (part and labor). All in for $247 compared to $540. Hmmmm...think twice before overpaying for service at Turner and Osborne. Quite disappointing.
