Fast forward to today I get there at 4 PM today and I finally have my tire ready at 5:20. So a total time of three hours and 20 minutes to get one new tire installed. Do you see anything wrong with this picture? I have complained they're super busy all the time I get it, but there are certain jobs that are much easier and faster than others. It just seems that could change their process to help everyone. It's terrible that you should have to wait three hours to get one tire changed. And as everyone knows nowadays, tires are not cheap. I feel like we're getting taken not just in the price of tires, but in the labor factor as well.

There was already 2 people ahead of me, but it went really fast. A nice man asked me what I needed, went to check for tires. Checked my tires and gave me pricing. It's a no frills shop. But who cares, I'm not living there. Everyone was super kind and it took about 1 hour for them to put on 3 tires. He told me 1 of mine was good. I paid with debit card. There is a little bit of a service fee if you pay with a card, a few bucks less for cash. They have a 30 day warranty with receipt. I will definitely be back and recommend others. Morning of, get a text saying their tech is running behind, no problem. 830 rolls around and, to my surprise, someone in a JS detailing truck rolls up. Early, not late - good start! Asks to use my bathroom, asks to empty his wet vac in my trash can (does so while saying "man, that's disgusting"). Says he's gonna get started, I head inside. 15 minutes later I get a text saying the wrong tech showed up to my house and someone else is on the way. I look outside and, sure enough, dude is gone. Guess he just needed a pit stop??! Get a text from another guy around 9:30 saying he's on the way and will be there around 10:15. Nice kid shows up, Josiah maybe?? Can't remember. Apologizes for the delay, said some part in the pressure washer broke and had to get it repaired. All good. About 20 minutes later says he needs to refill his tank and if I want him to do it before he starts or later when he needs it. Not sure why it wasn't done before he showed up, but OK, whatever. Tell him just to go now. About 90 minutes later, just when I was about to text if he was coming back or not, he shows up unannounced and starts working. Takes about 3 hours, gives me a call when he's done. Everything looks good. Ask him how I can get him paid, he said they'll send me an invoice. I let him know that's fine, but I'm leaving the country the next morning and won't have access to email, phone, or text for about 2 weeks so make sure they get it to me that day. No invoice. I leave for my trip. Get back to about 30 texts and VMs, each increasingly hostile. Threatening to come by and collect in person, threatening my to file a police report for "theft of services" (whatever that is), etc. I go to pay the invoice and it's been cancelled, so I have no way to pay them. Text and email, owner responds with a 2 minute voice text message that I can't even hear, but a new invoice appears in my email shortly after.

1 Star - Disgusting Experience…read more I am absolutely furious over how Honest-1 treated my elderly parents. Just weeks before this, their car was in this shop for a full checkup. Suddenly, when a warning light came on, Honest-1 claimed the transmission was failing and quoted them OVER $8,000 for a manufactured or new transmission -- using fear, urgency, and worst-case language to push the repair. That alone is alarming. What's worse? We took the car to Honda for a second opinion, and Honda's master technician thoroughly inspected EVERYTHING. The verdict: The transmission is NOT failing No rebuild. No replacement. No catastrophic damage. The real issue was a stuck A-line pressure solenoid valve, a relatively minor repair. Honda fixed the actual problem, replaced fluids, ran full diagnostics, and the total cost was UNDER $1,000. So let me be very clear: After a recent "full checkup," Honest-1 either completely misdiagnosed the vehicle or grossly exaggerated the issue and attempted to sell my elderly parents an $8,000+ repair they absolutely did not need. In my opinion, this was predatory. Targeting seniors with scare tactics and inflated diagnoses is unacceptable. We will never return. We didn't argue. We didn't debate. We simply took the keys and left -- and that should speak volumes. If you have elderly parents or anyone vulnerable in your life, DO NOT trust this shop without getting a second opinion. Integrity matters, and Honest-1 showed us they have none.
