I called in and spoke to a guy who was expecting me when I arrived. A shifty salesman took over when I arrived and stole the sale from the person I spoke to prior to keep in mind, I told the sketchy sales person who I spoke to ORIGINALLY. Then upon "inspection" and requesting of ordering a part, he stated the part was over $600. Which I know for a fact it's NOT after calling multiple tire locations for repair. Fast forward, the sketchy guy "makes a call" and gets the price down under a bit. Beggars can't be choosers, I agreed to the price and ordered it. The guy never gave me a receipt, typed in the wrong model of car, and told me it would be here by a certain date and he would update and call me. Well the day came and went. Nothing. I had to call several days later to finally get an answer and it turns out the part DID arrive by the date specified, but since it was in an UNMARKED box in the back. No one happened to scan it in. A box worth several hundred dollars. Just sitting. Waiting to be scanned in. LOVELY. After days of waiting and no update. I had to CALL for an update and had I not called and asked, I would STILL be waiting for my car repair. It took almost 4 hours to get my car back after I came in, it was expected to be 5-6 hours. So I can't complain there. I know it's busy. Fast forward to now, this review. The ONLY reason I am even giving 2 stars is because of the spectacular customer service and HONESTY of Brandon. He was very honest about the situation, he gave his best effort, updated me throughout the day, put me at ease, and was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions, checked on everything I asked, and he was overall GREAT! To be clear, I would have easily given 1 star based on this whole ordeal and because of the shifty salesman, whom I will not name for privacy reasons. He did not even try to hide how much of an a- typical type of salesman he is. Very cliche and over the top. I rarely go into this great of detail to leave a review, so this should speak for itself. I called that morning to confirm both the appointment and the tires, and everything was ready to go. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and recommended that I drop the truck off rather than wait. I appreciated the courtesy and realistic expectation up front instead of finding that out after I arrived. A few of Tire Discounters' benefits were also a big reason I chose them. The free full synthetic oil change with the purchase of four tires, lifetime tire rotations, and the other included services will add up to real savings over the life of the tires. My appointment was at 10:30 a.m., and I was checking out with four brand-new tires before 3:00 p.m. on a Friday going into a three-day holiday weekend. That was impressive. Every interaction I had was pleasant. Mr. Thomas helped me at checkout and was especially helpful. He took the time to explain the benefits included with my purchase, how I would be contacted regarding the free oil change and wheel alignment, and even walked through the charges on my receipt so I understood where the money was going. He didn't have to spend that extra time with me, but his knowledge and confidence in explaining everything made the experience that much better. The tires themselves are a major upgrade for my truck. With fall and winter weather coming, I feel much better about having my kids in the truck when we start dealing with heavy rain, cold temperatures, and icy roads. In the end, I'm actually glad Costco didn't have the tires I wanted. What might have looked like savings up front would not have compared well once I factored in everything Tire Discounters included with the purchase. But who cares, I'm not living there. Everyone was super kind and it took about 1 hour for them to put on 3 tires. He told me 1 of mine was good. I paid with debit card. There is a little bit of a service fee if you pay with a card, a few bucks less for cash. They have a 30 day warranty with receipt. I will definitely be back and recommend others. In our recent experience, it could be renamed Dazzling Tire because that is exactly the service we received. Price...spot on! Or, to use another idiom..."on the money" for price and value. Service? Could not have asked for anything better. I set up an appointment to have my tires installed at my home. The crew showed up when scheduled and very courteously installed 4 new, balanced tires. (Didn't even have to pull the car out of the garage.) Quick, efficient, courteous...and...they have followed up with an email reminding me that I can stop by any of their locations (without an appointment) and have my air pressure and wiper blades checked for free.
