After patiently waiting for 6 hours, I went to the front desk to inquire. At that time, I noticed my car was still parked in the exact same spot as when I arrived. The service rep asked about the status and came back to tell me that it would be done today, within the next 2 - 3 hours but they hadn't started yet. Note closing time is 4 pm, so it would done before closing! Not one single update the whole time there. Unbelievable! Avoid Gateway.

Hate to do this but today was difficult at Turner and Osborne. Went to have battery checked and why…read moreinstrument panel going from bright to dark. Was told that needed a new battery and terminal connectors replaced. No problem until told it would cost $540 for parts and labor...wow! Declined service but paid $57 for labor to find problem. Went to O'Reilly's got battery for $179 and then to CO-OP to put in. They also told me to replace one terminal and that was done for $68.00 (part and labor). All in for $247 compared to $540. Hmmmm...think twice before overpaying for service at Turner and Osborne. Quite disappointing.

The price was ridiculous. I declined. They called back with a better price and I approved the seal and master cylinder replacement. When I picked up my car I had multiple safety lights on my instrument panel that were not there before. I complained and they claimed no knowledge of the lights. As I drove out of the parking lot there was a clear knocking in my wheel area. I returned and was told it was now a bad strut discovered when they checked them. This also happened as a result of their techs looking to up-sale. They claimed no fault. Don't go there. My invoice #is 00116-899230. They had my review removed previously.
