When I got there Assia was helping a clerk that had a problem with a transaction with a drive up customer. The customer needed something printed out and the branch printer that's used by the clerks was malfunctioning so Assia had to bang the paper feed doors on the printer about and fiddle with this and that while placating the customer about the silly printer while the line built up. We've all been there. Something simple won't cooperate and everything becomes a big mess while everybody in line watches. It's easy to lose your cool under those circumstances. She didn't. She handled everything, got it done and solved and then called for the next customer. Textbook. Then here I come with two estate accounts to close, Court Orders with Official Seals, just what you want. Yes, a clerk was on lunch at the time. Instant headache. Potential panic. No problem. Business as usual. She kept a level head, stayed in good humor and just ran it right through the system. That's not so easy to do at the best of times. Following an encounter session with a printer that's lost its mind makes it particularly challenging. No big deal here. Bravo. Nice. Easy to say. Not so easy to do. There's a reason that she's the Manager.

I entered an agreement with Bruce for a "financing" system called Check 90 for my business. I had…read morenever used financing for my customers, so I didn't want to enter his long-term agreement. He told me that I could try the system for 3 months, and if I didn't like it he would transfer the lease for the equipment from my company to someone else without any difficulty. That was the last time I talked to Bruce face to face. I have called and emailed more times than I can count, with only one reply: "I'll pick up the equipment and cut you a check for what I owe you" (obviously he never did any such thing). This man will absolutely NOT honor any agreement you make with him (unless it benefits him, I'm sure). Completely untrustworthy, completely false, a scam artist. Don't get taken like I did.

Two months later, I was contacted and told I owed more money. The balance then changed multiple times -- first I was told $800. Then, AFTER a "50% discount," I was told the amount owed was $1,193! There was no clear or coherent explanation. Invoices issued months later included "Income Tax Return" charges despite my prior payment and being told the account was closed, making the billing appear retroactive and inconsistent. Communication was slow and unreliable despite repeated follow-ups. I was told the head CPA, George, would get back to me about my billing dispute once he was back from vacation. Two months went by before I reached out again and heard anything. I made a reasonable, good-faith offer to resolve the matter if a final invoice confirming no remaining balance was issued. That never happened. Instead, billing continued, including yet another invoice sent in January 2026. Their billing practices are confusing, delayed, and poorly managed. I would avoid them, but if you don't, I strongly caution you to scrutinize invoices carefully and not assume that being told an account is "paid in full" actually ends billing. Document everything. This was not a good experience - on top of their already exorbitant fees.
