Almost nothing was done in the style of a restaurant where a manager or employee would be overseeing plates coming from the kitchen to be served. We each ordered same burger- medium with crisp bacon. Each was well done with limp bacon. Burgers were overly salted. One plate, as in photo, had an end tomato slice that shouldn't have been served to a customer. Our server did bring up a slice of pie to help make up for dinner. That was nice.

Keep an eye out for their free ones each day so you can sample a few of their featured wines, or the paid tastings that give you much more of a in depth background of wine. I love that they have a wonderful selection of all different priced wines so you find a great bottle at an affordable price. Each time I ask for help they are very friendly and I never feel silly asking basic questions. If you're buying for a specific person or a certain occasion make sure to ask for their recommendation and they won't disappoint. They also have a decent selection of beer, cider, sake, and other specialty alcohol if needed. Highly recommend!

Some of the products I was looking for were near expired, which made it difficult to find certain things during my week stay in Charlotte. However, I was able to find alternatives and managed just fine. The cashier was friendly and quick with checkout. Overall, this is a solid grocery store and I'll visit again when I'm in Charlotte for a long stay.
