Unfortunately after that I had a lot of issues with the special event team being unresponsive. I would have to wait weeks for a reply, even after sending multiple follow-up emails. On pickup day, I thought my order would have been already counted out and ready to go, but none of the quantities on the cart they rolled out were sorted. The cashier was confusing me, scanning bottles and not setting them aside, asking what I ordered, when it really should have been on them to know that. It was very stressful and I ended up buying more than I ordered. There are still significant pros to using them- they have an excellent bulk order discount and the fact that you can return unopened bottles is great. Plus, you can't beat the selection. I don't regret using them, I just wish my experience was better and I hope they improve for future brides/event planners.
