I'm unsure the name of the medical assistant who assisted me, but he was truly caring and a calming presence; not to mention, he had to draw blood and give me a shot-- both of which were the LEAST painful experiences I've had in my life (I've had a lot of blood drawn and shots given). Took my wife there for a work physical. Figured ot would be the standard 45 min max including paperwork fill out time. Two hours later, I am still sitting in our parked car. Tried to search if others have had the same frustration and nothing pulls up on the internet. I am sure there are, but those complaints are well hidden. Want to make sure you know though if you go here, you will likely wait for 2+ hours to get your physical done. Yes we had a set appointment as well. The appointment was set the week before. Whatever happened to customer service? Why do many companies treat their patrons like they are beneath them? I wonder if they would even realize or care if they lost customers? I have been working with the staff for over a year with a workers compensation claim. My first claim started off rocky with the office manager being out delaying my treatment. I had just started this job and needed a win in a big way career wise. The delay in care had me feeling as if my job could be in jeopardy, and further cause injury to myself. Not having a working knowledge of how the WC process works I was terrified! I can honestly say that this place tries their best, with the nature and setting of their business. When I first became a patient the office, you could tell that the staff was exhausted coming off of COVID. That time was traumatic for all in healthcare workers, as I too share the field. Being an empath, I saw their pain up front as they tried to handle the stress with grace. The office manager Jo could be one of the rarest I have seen in decades! She is extremely personable and has the kindest heart. She REALLY made an effort to show me her compassion and empathy. It's evident to me after being in Med 1's care that she takes her role there seriously. about her staff and patient's fiercely! The Physical Therapist Steve, is nothing short of a magician in the way that he can aid in healing! ‍ He is both knowledgeable in his field but also a genuinely cool and caring person. He is great at listening about the pain, and does his best to problem solve. Marty, the Nurse Practitioner is accurate in his diagnosis. You can tell the man has experience in his field! His approach is direct, which could seemingly be misinterpreted. I can sense that the dynamics of his role, in particular has its challenges often being the bearer of bad news during difficult times. Understandably, the people's treatment of medical personnel during a pandemic has weighed heavily on his heart. I can imagine seeing a barrage of people experiencing heightened emotions could take a toll on anyone. Deep down he is a truly caring being, whose desire is to help both parties. He once shared with me, "I went into the medical field to heal people. When I started out in school, I didn't think I would be representing both patients and businesses." He is a confident practitioner that tries his best to be fair. All in all, I have grown a fondness for these individuals even though at times I may have disagreed. I looked forward to going because I could see growth in the business and the nursing staff. Shout out to those ladies who are caring for patients who are at their most vulnerable state. Most people get the jitters when starting a new job. Getting hurt at work causes all kinds of emotions and inevitably shifts dynamics in your career. In my experience it reflected in accommodations at work, and I felt it weakened my status as a team member. The kind people at Med 1 helped me navigate that and the person havoc that ensued. The entire staff albeit very busy; were indeed supportive, gentle, often full of smiles. This was so helpful in my recovery process in which I continue to battle. It took a full year of damaging the muscle with repeated motions, and negligence from supervision. I expect it's similar to a weight loss journey, in which it may take equivalent time to long to heal. read more

I actually had a very good experience at this location. Had a full Pre employment physical done with absolutely no complaints. The receptionist, nurses and doctor were all very nice. I went on a Thursday about 3pm and was done no more than 45 minutes later. A few negative reviews had me hesitant, however my personal experience could not have been better. read more

This place has the worst customer service EVER!!!! The lady at the front window just grabbed my paper out of my hand said "ID" scanned my ID in, handed me papers and said "fill these out, clipboards are over there". She then shut the window and I sat down. After I filled the papers out I sat there waiting for someone to call me, then the same lady at the front window yelled out the window "HEY, are you done with those papers? I need them." I told her that I thought the people in the back needed them. She said "no I need them" then she grabbed them from me and shut the window. This place is fricken horrible!!!! If these are the standards that they have then they are lower than the Walmart of health Care. I personally work in the health care field and there is no way I would treat a patient like this. read more

This is by far the worst medical facility I have ever been to. Awful people, very rude and they do not care for someone else's time slots. I've been waiting for 2 hours just to get a drug test and there's only 3 people in the store. They made me miss a meeting that I should've easily made. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been waiting for over an hour and when I went in to check, they told me that it could be another hour. I went to get a simple random urine drug test for my job. I've never waited like this at any clinic or dealt with such a rude staff. Go elsewhere if you can. read more

Spent 3.5 hours there. Wait time is awful. Staff was friendly and apologetic towards me. But they definitely need more staff for that place.

The employees are not friendly. I came in to complete a drug test for my new employer, but was treated as if I am a drug abuser. I asked a simple question about some of the prescriptions I take and how it may affect my results. The nurse rolled her eyes and said it's not her problem and lectured me about how they are just a "collection center" and I'll get a call to discuss my test results.
