I looked on her social media, and was intrigued by the services she offered along with her before and after photos. I was able to set an appointment within the Yelp app which was very convenient. I've been getting my brows waxed for years by different waxing professionals, but Trisha was the first to actually map out my face to figure out where my arch should be and the length of my brow to fit my face. I feel like I'm in good hands as we begin this road of redemption for my brows. I'm also looking forward to trying a lash lift at my next appointment.

She can rehab brows that are barely there or overplucked and get them on point over a few sessions. I recently decided to go for lash extensions because my natural lashes are short and hate holding onto a curl. Now I'm addicted! I look much more put together even on my no makeup days (usually the same as my gym days) now that my lashes are more conspicuous! She does classic lashes, volume lashes, and "unicorn" (colorful) lashes! Whatever look you're going for, she can help you get there. When I moved to Indiana I did major research to find a lash artist that did russian volume. I am always very picky about who I chose to make me look and feel great, from hair, nails and now lashes. I did my research and the only person I felt most comfortable with and trusted was Maria. First off she's passionate about what she's doing and you can tell it makes her feel good when you feel good about her work. Second, her work speaks volumes (pun intended). Lash retention is an important factor and I had to go a bit longer than usual in between fills my first time getting it done with her, and it was GREAT. Third, in order for me to have retained my lashes for this long was also due to her educating me on how to care for them! All this aligns with someone who is going to take care of you and knows what they are doing. I used to get super long lashes and my lash girls never REALLY told me the importance of caring for them and how to do so until Maria. We discussed the best length and curl for my eyes and health of my lashes, in the end I am 10x more satisfied because she took the time to walk me through it and help me understand. Lastly, outside of being a passionate and knowledgable person about lashes, she is also a wonderful, vibrant and ambitious woman! If I am going to have to lay there for 3 hours, I couldn't have a chosen a better person to do it with. PS. Beautiful and modern but approachable and comfortable salon spaces with an elegant, French vibe. The treatment rooms are cozy and featured lovely French music that was perfect for the setting. He walked me through all the phases of the facial and the benefits! Knowing the experience David has in this industry and the great esthetician offerings he has was definitely a reason I booked. I also scheduled a hair consultation with Mary after my facial to discuss some sizeable challenges I was having with my hair. I was able to get scheduled shortly after on an evening appointment (which are on Thursdays as of the time of this review). Mary spent a lot of time talking with me on what I wanted, what my problem areas/concerns were with my existing color, how we could make a plan and made sure we were both very comfortable before the color went in! I am just thrilled with the outcome and she is an expert colorist! She was very transparent about pricing and realistic expectations with what we could and could not do in order to achieve the best outcome. All while trying to figure out my hair as a new client. I had visited the salon a couple of years ago during a Yelp Elite event and was so excited to return for some wonderful appointment experiences!! You can choose from a chart of existing colors or completely make your own. They will ask you some questions to see if you are more of a cool or warm tone person, do you want frost (think light shimmer, not 1980's!) matte, gloss, cream base. You can even flavor it with pink champagne or raspberry truffle! I love bright colors so that's what we went with. You watch them make it right before your eyes. Legit, one of the coolest things I've ever experienced! I love my new colors! One is bright magenta and the other one just has some more red in it along with a touch of frost and moisturizer! Highly recommend checking out this new addition!

I called and spoke to a receptionist who promptly answered the phone. She had numerous appointment options available including some available as early as the next day. Since I try to get Botox on my lunch breaks, I appreciate the flexible availability that they offer. They also expedite the check in process by sending you your new client packet prior to your appointment. It is completed by patients digitally and loaded to their database prior to your appointment for a highly convenient check in process. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment for checkin. I was promptly greeted by a very lovely receptionist who confirmed my information. She was highly welcoming and guided me to have a seat and offered me complimentary beverages during my short wait. My appointment started promptly as scheduled. I was taken back to a very private room that resembled that of a doctor's office. The professional setting does offer a feeling of safety and competency knowing that they take care to place you in a sanitary and professional environment for your cosmetic procedures. Since I have never been here previously, the nurse practitioner diligently took the time to talk to me about my goals and advised me if what I wanted was possible. I tend to over-research online, and she was so patient with my million questions. I really appreciated that she did not try to oversell me on their products as well. I've been to other spas who did not really listen to what I wanted, and they seemed more interested in selling me the most number of units possible when I didn't actually need them. Rest assured that they do not do that here. They will hear you out and provide the appropriate services to give you what you want. I received Botox around my crows feet area and "11 lines" during my first visit here. She sanitized my skin, used medical grade supplies, and took her time. I got the results I wanted with no bruising or negative side effects. I say "first visit" because they were so wonderful that I trusted them with my filler next. The nurse practitioner provided me with consultation on my filler goals during my botox visit. She diligently reviewed the various types of fillers and their purposes. They were offering discounts on multiple fillers so I was pleased with my followup purchase. I told her that my lips swell and bruise very badly after filler, and she gave me the EXCELLENT TIP of starting arnica prior to my filler appointment to help with those issues. I scheduled my filler appointment for 2 days later and did as suggested. I HAD NO BRUISING FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!! Hallelujah!!! Thank you do much for the arnica tip! She made me feel so safe during my botox appointment that I trusted her to inject a few more units into my lips than I usually do. She addressed my requests to create a cute pout, correct my asymmetry, and create subtlety fuller lips. I don't like to look like I get filler so she heard me out and delivered excellent results. The swelling and tenderness subsided in a few days as expected. I absolutely LOVE my results!! Sanitary environment. Medically trained staff. Deals and membership options for bigger savings. Wide availability to accommodate most schedules. And I can't stress this enough... they actually listen to your goals and then get you there. So many other spa services are offered here as well. I will be a returning customer.
