His lack of compassion or care for my personal time is unprofessional. The only reason I called this company is because I recently purchased this house and they had put the initial roof on. It was leaking and I thought I would give this company another chance. This person couldn't have cared less about my situation, my time, and had no interest in the job. I will tell everybody I know not to use this company because of his extreme unprofessionalism.

They agreed to it, I signed the contract and they were supposed to call within 24-48 hours. They did not call. I had to call Lowes and they then called me, but told me that the door was not in stock. I called Lowes and they said there were 7 in stock. The next thing I found out what they decided not to do the job they agreed to do. Now, I have to start over. Lowes should not be dealing with people who do not follow up on their commitments.
