We scheduled an appointment to get measurements taken later that week. The day of the appointment we waited and they never came. I called and the same guy I made the appointment with said some woman in the office didn't add it to his calendar (the appointment he made). We had to reschedule for another day. This time someone showed up and took all the measurements we asked for then said it would be a couple days for a design. About a week later we got our kitchen design but not the bathroom. There were changes needed for the layout in the kitchen that were addressed. We were told it would be a few days still for the bathroom. A few days, then over a week later, we contacted them again about the bathroom and were told the guy who took the measurements didn't take the correct measurements (not sure what that meant) and they would have to come out again to measure the bathroom... again. They came out a couple days later, measured, and said they would have our design, again, in a couple days. Well, that was September when we were told a few days and we still haven't received our bathroom design. They haven't contacted us once to follow up or anything. We have given up and decided to go with another company who is currently in the process of finishing our remodel. Avoid these guys if you can.

A month later, I still haven't heard from the other company. The estimation process was relatively painless, and the estimate was received about a week after the site visit. I was told it could be up to 6 weeks before I heard from the scheduler, due to their current workload. However, I was contacted on a Friday about 2 weeks later and was told that Monday had opened up for them and that a truck with the materials was already on its way to my property. Since they didn't need anyone home when the work was performed, I agreed. When I got home from work on Monday, the job was done. There was still some debris in the yard, but they did a really good job of cleaning up. I haven't found a single nail on the ground, yet. There were 30 MPH wind gusts the day of the job, so I'm surprised there wasn't more trash scattered around my 7 acres. (I'm also surprised I didn't find roofers scattered around my place!) I hope to work with them again in the future!
