Ridiculous wait times. I'm here for lab work. I came ON TIME, yet still have an hour wait time. I may stop using their lab services.

I am honestly surprised at the 1 star reviews because I have been bringing my daughters here since…read more2022 and have had nothing but positive experiences. They have always (except one time) been able to get my kids seen same day for sick visits and the office staff, nurses and doctors have always been friendly, helpful and informative. They have always heard all my concerns and overall, been great. We have seen both Dr. Rangel and Dr. Lauren and have truly felt they both provided great care for our girls. We love this practice!

My baby, who is 5 months old, was running fever. I gave her Tylenol (2.5ml as told by the doctor…read morebased on her weight) and her fever just kept going higher. Her fever was at 101.9 and I couldn't giver her Tylenol for another 2 hours. I called their on-call nurse due to it being the weekend I couldn't go to the doctor's office. Told the nurse the dosage I was giving her and she said okay. Nurse told me that I should take my baby's clothes off and put a cold wash cloth on her head since she can't have another dose. Did that and her fever was going up and down but nothing past 100. She said that if she becomes lethargic or starts not drinking her bottle then to take her to the hospital but my question is, why get to that point. She could've had a febrile seizure for how long it's been with a fever that high. I called again because I already gave my baby another dose and her fever went up to 102.4. I called their on- call nurse again and she told me the same exact thing but she added that a 102 fever is "beneficial " for fight future infections which I find hard to believe. Maybe a 100.4 fever but definitely not a 102! I then asked her if I can give her Motrin but she asked if the doctor has talked to me about giving my baby Motrin and I said no. She then said I can't give it to her. My baby then projectile vomited a whole 7oz bottle and I said that's it so I took her to the hospital. Come to find out, the hospital told me we were under dosing her and she would never have broke her fever which by the time we got to the hospital it was 103! The hospital said they were concerned on how high it was and she would be seen immediately! she was flu positive and got admitted for dehydration as well as got antivirals. I am extremely mad and irritated. I will be finding a new pediatrician!

They're always good at following up and there also always good at working with you if your money is a little tight and you need to get on a little bit of a payment plan for whatever. They have a very courteous staff and they always have treated me and my wife with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Their Family Practice seems to be nothing but a money making operation. We were told we needed to…read morereestablish care because our provider no longer woks there. So you can't be a patient of Little Alsace Family Practice but only to a specific provider. And they change often so they get to bill you for re-establishing care at their whim. Also, the new provider doesn't care about metabolic disorders. They botched my blood labs and I had to come back for blood draws multiple times. And after several messages they will not call back with results despite leaving several messages. For whatever reason, and I don't know if it's just me or my family specifically, they don't actually care about our health. It seems we are just walking dollar signs. Their front desk staff is nice but they don't want to do their jobs either. They refused to verify our insurance and I had to do all the leg work on that end as well. I also noticed their urgent care sucks as a man with a hurt arm was waiting to be seen at their opening time but they weren't even there to open on time. Save yourself the headache and money and go literally anywhere else for your healthcare needs. I'll update this review if the situation improves but after everything we've experienced this past couple of weeks my hopes are not high.*UPDATE* My provider finally called back with my lab results but this was after I had contacted Quest directly for them. She is now (somewhat reluctantly) working with me to help get my metabolic dysfunction under control. So I am upgrading my review to 3 stars, for now./*

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. After a few years, I will not be back. The office staff has always…read morelacked, no one greets you when you walk in and expect to wait an hour over your appointment time. Went in here for my yearly exam, my regular doctor was out, saw another one. He did not give me a contact lens exam, and at the end of the appointment he just says, "you need progressives." I have never had those types of lenses before, naturally I had further questions. The doctor told me that the power on my glasses needed to be reduced, but somehow my contacts that were not checked were fine? I called twice, stopped by, and came in for a scheduled re-examination with Dr. Medina. He had no intention of giving me a new exam, did not give me a moment to explain why I was there, or ask any questions. He talked down to me multiple times, and it wasn't until he said this to me the second time that I got upset and left: "Do you really believe that every eye doctor's office has every trial contact lens in stock?" Dr. Medina told me that it was my fault for feeling like he was talking down to me because he didn't intend it that way. Then he continued to act that way. He insisted my trial contacts prescription was different, and that these had been ordered, but it wasn't. I had already confirmed that it was the same when I went in WITH MY CONTACTS BOX. I called again asking for help, but now no one returns my calls. If the staff reads this: please know that patients can hear your conversations outside of the exam room. You were planning to be disrespectful to me before I got there. UPDATE 9-30-25: No one has followed up with me. They blocked my number on the text message support application instead. I hope Parrish C. got their refund or opened a chargeback. Canceling a patient order without informing the patient, especially because they didn't like a review of their business, is petty beyond belief. I recommend people call their vision insurance provider to complain if they need to see another doctor or have their benefits reinstated.

NOT appropriate and again I asked for a manager and their Employee Brianna Garcia hung up on me. I will continue to post these reviews until I get my money back. So now the office manager says they cancelled my order without notifying me. I was told by their office manager i would be refunded within 5 days. Its been over a week and still no refund.
