Made an appointment on a Thursday for Monday morning at 1030am. I arrived at 10:25 office was closed. Checked my text messages and received a message in Sunday if 11am was ok. So I waited for 11am in parking lot. Walked to office at 10:55 , office still closed. No show. Not sure what happened. Rescheduled my appointment. This was the first of my treatments. Update: I did end up using them for the treatments, up to 10 did not pay in advanced, paid per session. First tech I used was great loved her, she left, tried the other tech, gave her a shot, first time not good. But gave her a second chance still not good. Stopped treatments when no complete yet. There is usually only one tech at a time. Good things are their location, flexible schedule, quick in and out. read more

Charlie is such a great person and makes my appointments very comfortable. She gave me perfect aftercare instructions at my very FIRST appointment, so continuing on I believe it's safe to say you carry on those same aftercare instructions and you can always ask for a refresher course. Charlie always schedules my appointments far out enough to where I am fully healed and ready to go for my next appointment. These were my very first tattoo removals and I don't regret any of it. Tattoo left scared after 9 sessions was told they gave me a keloid and then started denying accountability's. No after care instructions nothing . I showed up to my 10th session just to be told by Charlie that she messed up and might have given me a permanent keloid . I then immediately called Mike the owner while being there and he said he would have a nurse call me that's not even in office . The nurse calls my grandmother instead of me and starts screaming at her that we're lying there's no keloid it's just scarred tissue but we won't be able to continue sessions due to there being metal in your tattoo . So now all of a sudden it's because metal is in my tattoo? Your tech on site tells us it's a keloid and she messed up but your nurse yells at us as if we're the one diagnosing it? Mike never called back for after care instructions instead him and Charlie started harassing me through dms along with Charlie making fake reviews for herself . I have no reason to lie and shame on Charlie for bashing this company and trying to still harass customers after your telling us you messed up after your telling you us mike should have stopped it along time ago . After your telling us they fired the tech doing my first 3 sessions for messing people up yet was never addressed to me by the manager I even called the manager and let him know everything that was being disclosed every step of the way . Mike doesn't reach out give after care instructions nothing he ignores are phone calls and reaches out to me through yelps messenger staying we will no longer be doing sessions on you due to your grandma be you being verbal abusive which is absolutely insane considering we never had one argument there with any of them even through out the time waiting about the keloid we were not being rude or ugly to Charlie but Charlie kept on bashing the company it's funny how a customer can get blamed for a company's techs behavior y'all allow Charlie to promote other business in Houston which I had to contact Mike about . Initally I felt lousy giving two stars bbuuttt..... I did get a Groupon... that being said I am semi-happy with three sessions on half my tattoo. The other half is still very dark and colorful and really not thrilled. I was hoping I would see more results considering... Looking at the FB page it shows results... I wonder what happened with mine. Yes there's fading but no lines have gone away, the colors are very much so there... I'm bummed. I was incredibly nervous about getting my tattoo removed--I had heard it was super expensive, hurt way too much, and left a lot of unwanted scarring, discoloration, etc. My dad found this place in San Antonio, and on the first visit I felt confident that I would be taken care of! Everyone was incredibly nice and the lady who did my sessions was very informative on proper after-care, didn't mind answering all of my nervous questions, and was overall just super helpful and nice! It only took four sessions (they had originally predicted 6) to take care of a dark grey tattoo about the size of a half dollar. Price was great for the job they did! It did hurt quite a bit, but not enough to stop me from going. MINIMAL discoloration after my last session--ink is completely gone and there's hardly any sign of the tattoo.
