They missed previous pickups, which caused trash to accumulate, and now they refuse to collect it unless I remove items they claim are "too much"--even though the overflow happened because they failed to pick it up in the first place. To make matters worse, they want to charge extra for a separate pickup for a problem they created. I have called, texted, and emailed multiple times with little to no response. Their customer service has been unacceptable, and the drivers seem unwilling to do their job properly. The previous company provided much better service. I do not understand why the city changed providers. Based on my experience, this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and the worst trash service I have ever dealt with. I hope the community joins together in asking the city to replace them with a company that actually provides the level of service residents deserve.

I arrived a little after 3:45 PM before closing, but was denied service. If the actual cutoff time is earlier than what's posted, it would be helpful and more respectful to customers' time to clearly state that. A notice indicating a 3:45 PM cutoff would help avoid confusion and unnecessary trips. (I went to two different Sunset Recycling down that were down the street from each other and I was denied at both of them)
