My husband and I were confused because there was no established line. As I stated earlier, people were parked in various parking spots, waiting, and not in a line. When the employees finally started to collect people's things, it was chaotic. Again, there was no established lines, so everyone starts pulling up from all directions. The rude employee who shouted at us for earlier, started to yell at this lady for cutting. She was confused to. Perhaps, for future events, they should put some cones out to establish a start to the line, instead of shouting at confused customers? I appreciated that my items were accepted and at no cost; however, the unorganized line and the rude employee had left me irritated.
