The service is good, the salon itself is pretty, it's clean, they have enough staff that you're not left hanging long, and the hours are pretty good compared to other salons. I would give more stars but the prices are super high. It's $25-$35 for one tan and the memberships are high. I have a membership elsewhere for $160 for 6 tans and one month unlimited is less. The second issue for me is the 4th level bed seems more like an older level 2. And I didn't get any tan lines and it didn't even feel like I went tanning..I get more of a tan line every time I tan usually. Not worth the money. The last thing I don't like is the parking situation but this is how it is in downtown Burbank. So not my favorite location. Except that it's next to an awesome sushi place. I don't think my number 1 priority is ambiance but if it was I'd keep going here. I love their vibe I'm just looking for a better tan at a decent price. read more

I had been going to Media City tanning for their beds and stand ups in the past. This time I thought about getting a spray tan there and I must say they don't disappoint. Seda sprayed me today and I felt really comfortable around her; mind you that I'm queen of paranoia and takes me a while to feel comfy around anyone LOL she did ask me if I needed her to spray another round after the first time and she listened closely to my questions/concerns about wearing a lime yellow dress. Best part is they are open till late so I got lucky with a 6:00 pm appointment, got there a little early, and she took me in with no problem. My review is based on the regular tanning bed. I have always taken advantage of their specials and have usually ended up buying a month of unlimited tanning for a great price. The staff here is incredibly friendly, always greet you the second you walk in. They are helpful and aren't at all pushy about specials or promotions that they have going on, I appreciate that to the fullest. I had pushy sales people! The prices here are the most reasonable of any tanning salon that I have ever been to. I enjoy that regular tanning bed because I like to gradually get my color without burning, etc. It took me less than a month to look like I had been vacationing in Hawaii, without going every single day. Don't ever worry about dirty tanning beds either. They clean those suckers after every use. Also, take some time to say hello to their lovely bird, Daisy. She's super cute and a lot of fun. I plan on trying out the matrix bed sometime this summer. I've had several people tell me it was awesome, that way I'll be able to purchase some sun stars and put those to good use. The only bummer about this location is the parking. If you aren't lucky enough to find parking on the street, parking in that structure is just blehhhhhhhh. Teenagers and younger adults bumping their loud music in their Mercedes and BMW's. I can only take so much of that crap. read more
