But now that ortho is over, we can make it work for 2 cleanings per year.

They insist that we needed to pay half of the money that day as the thoot was cleaned and they had placed a cap which really, came off the same day. I ended paying a lot mof money out o my pocket wich made me very upset. This year, my son got his rooth canal and the ceramic crown in another place, however, Media Dental is insisting in billing me foor the ceramic crown and also, submitting a claim to my insurance. I tried to speak wiht the supervisor but, never call me back, I sent them a letter through a lawyer but they ignore it. I am preparing a formal complain for charging for a treatment they haven't done, and for all the stress they has caused me due to the harrasment they are doing, sending constant threats to put me in collection agency.

It was a long journey because of the Covid situation, but we weathered through it and after my braces were removed, and I would like to add, Doctors Christie and Drane were so wonderful and patient with me. I felt so comfortable and it was actually fun seeing Dr. Christie Dr Drane and Kristen every few weeks. Then I meet Dr. Mark Forward and the transition started and now here I am with a new smile. Sometimes my braces needed adjustment when I saw him and he would adjust them and joke about helping his father during the summers with orthodontics. His staff and assistants made me feel so welcome, I felt so safe and I felt I belonged to the "family". After Dr. Forward finished my new smile, I immediately went to Dr Christie to show her. I was able to get in right away after speaking with the amazingly friendly and helpful Office Manager, Roseann. She's full of life and will put a smile on your face the second you meet her! I had an appointment first thing in the morning, and let me tell you, I never once felt rushed or pushed out the door. In fact, I spent so much time there I felt like I was hanging out with friends. Brooke the hygienist was super friendly and so knowledgeable. Unlike the previous dentist offices I've been too, this time I felt they had my utmost best interest in mind and explained everything to me. All the concerns I went in there with quickly subsided. Within two visits I had a cleaning, checkup and night guard all done. I even ended up buying a new fancy electric toothbrush there because it was $50 cheaper than any store, and it even had an additional $30 rebate. Dr. Wertheimer was friendly, intelligent and really took the time to explain to me the issues that were found and the best course of action to get them solved. I never felt pressured into anything and was happy to have been given multiple options. This is somewhere I look forward to going back to!
