The pharmacy tech, Leslie who answered the phone said as long as they had my contact info in the computer and I had scripts filled there before it should be ok. When I arrived Leslie had already pulled up infirmation and had my vaccine waiting for me. She was so sweet. I sat for maybe one to rwo minutes and was called to the counter to pay my co-pay. Sat for another minute or 2 and the pharmacist called me in to administer the vaccine, she was through, asking about previous vaccines and any reactions and also very sweet. Easy process, close to home and always good service when picking up scripts as well as vaccine administration.

My prescription glasses were not working for me. I was surprised when Dr Borders showed me pictures of my retina which shows a serious issue. He asked if my previous Dr said anything about this or about my cataracts. No he didn't. He said everything was OK. Dr Borders said I am on verge of losing sight in one eye, plus I definitely need my cataracts removed. I am glad that he was truthful and direct with me. He immediately got me an appointment with a retina specialist as well as a cataract doctor. I now feel like I am on right track to save and improve my vision, thanks to Dr Borders.

Two business later, I can honestly say Mooney EyeCare Center is and will always be my forever home for my eyes. The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked through the doors. I love the decor! The waiting rooms and the exam rooms all have the same artistic floor that relaxes you and puts you at ease. There was no wait to get placed into an exam room and the wait for my eye doctor was minimal. My optometrist was Dr. Hargus. His eye examination was thorough and he asked appropriate questions as needed. Dr. Hargus was extremely knowledgeable, speaks very clearly and made direct eye contact when discussing my eye assessment with me. He was also friendly.
