She did not have the competence or patience to be a manager imo. After leaving messages to her 4 times over a week, I finally got to talk to her after a 5th call.. She said they weren't running a free clinic. I never ever said they were. If she knew how to file medicare for me (I have diabetes), she would have known that medicare covers the full amount of my eye exam ($215) because of my diabetes. Instead she filed with medicare and no diabetes so of course medicare charged a copay and deductible. So instead of getting my $215 back, i will receive $54 (who knows when), and I assume they pocket the rest. I am elderly and on a fixed income and really needed the money. To my knowledge, they didn't do a diabetic eye exam, where they should have specifically focused on the health of my retinas and integrity of the blood vessels in my eyes.

I can't tell you how many times he's having to skip every other day and/or take half pills because they never put any refills on his prescription. He has depression/anxiety and needs them to be able to function. The pharmacy has to contact the doctor each time that he needs more medication which takes a while. There's also been a time where the papers weren't signed to get sent over to the pharmacy. It happened twice. Yeah we are looking elsewhere for care.

This place was clean and even the staff were sterile. if I could give it negative stars I would. I was excited to meet the doctor who was not even there. I met the dry PA. They refused to see me until I made payment arrangements... FOR A CLEANING!!! I have had thousands of dollars of dental work completed at the axiom dental office in zebulon over the past several years and not once have I not paid the full balance upon completion. Rude, unprofessional, practicing "the customer is always wrong philosophy" Please look into your front desk before they drive every valued patient away.
