I have been going there for about 18 years! Unfortunately last week I was treated in the most disgusting manner. I came in, signed in, and sat down. I would see people walk in and out even people that came after me! When I stood up to complain, I told the receptionist, CARMEN that I was previously informed that they go by patient arrival time and they don't jump patients, to where I was told "and if we do what?" "Y si lo hacemos que?" I felt so embarrassed, disgusted, and humiliated by that comment. I told her "Then there's no convenience in me coming here" to which CARMEN responded "then don't" "entonces ya no vengas". I do not recommend anyone to come here. read more

to be honest, i've been coming there for 10 years, the staff is very friendly, efficient, previous dr came off as rude, to my opinion, he was blunt honest without a filter, i didn't bother me. i don't need a dr to be kind gentle about feelings, i just need the truth from his professional view. Spent the time to figure out what was working and not working, asking questions. there has been new dr's now. it's a great place that doesn't just give you the medicine fast and on to the next one. or give you medicine to take home. that's not special care. this place takes care of their patients read more

Absolute jerk! Office staff is great, doctor is a jerk! Just rude, condescending & arrogant

So I'm not gonna lie, I love me some diet pills. When I've put on some extra lbs for the holidays nothing helps me take the weight off faster and more efficiently than a good legal speed pill. I had previously gone to a real doctor for this type of prescription, but it is pricey. Not only do you have to pay for a doctor visit, but the prescription for diet pills is a lot, and insurance will not cover it. So in order to keep a New Year's resolution to lose weight, AND save money, I decided to try out medical reducing. I suppose you get what you pay for, as they advertise cheapest rates in town for this kind of thing. The office staff is very nice. Juanita and Jackie were awesome. Very helpful and inspiring, friendly and engaging. The main downfall was the doctor and the pharmacist. The doctor seems kind of angry to be there most of the time. The pharmacist will hold your pills hostage while he sexually harasses you. Just FYI. Whatever you do don't give him your hand to shake or he won't let go. The schedule is also super erratic, can't help but think we are working around the doctor's personal schedule, so why is he always in such a bad mood? I wish I could make my own hours. read more

Was coming here for years ! I've had experience something the worst the last month , plz people be careful of the pills that the doctors prescribed you ! They be changing there pills with out even them letting you know ! The doctor and the lady in the front desk be denying it ! But the girls in the back office even say that what there doing is not right ! the fact that even there workers agree to it of them changing there prescriptions with out them warning you ! if you still want to keep going here CHECK YOUR PILLS !!!!!!!!!!! Before I write this negative review, which I hate doing, I do have to say that the staff at the front, and the person doing the blood work were extremely friendly and welcoming. This review is not about them! I also apologize for the length of this review. Unfortunately, my impression beyond the staff was not a good one. The whole experience lasted about two hours in an small, overcrowded, waiting room in disrepair that kept attracting bees for some reason. The appointment you make on the phone is not followed at the office as far as I can tell. They call you back based on the order you sign in at the front desk. I was already expecting this, but none the less it was mildly annoying. First they did an EKG on what looked like a very outdated machine lasting approximately 30 or 45 seconds (they normally take 5-10 minutes.) Then I waited to have blood drawn for a purpose I simply can't understand, seeing as how they give you a consultation and medication before ever getting the results (which I was told we'd discuss in two months at the "appointment" after I had been taking this potentially dangerous medication for 8 weeks. I assume it's potentially dangerous medication if all these "tests" are needed.) After that, I had the misfortune of seeing Dr. Feingold, who began my "consultation" by complaining about the influx of new patients and the fact that he had to come to work today at all. Then he proceeded to complain about the fact that I had pre-existing conditions and a medical history. "Well, you have a history. They've *all* got to have histories, don't they?" The only good thing was that he seemed to carefully go over the medications I'm currently taking. Then I was treated like a criminal awaiting sentencing while I was asked a barrage of questions by this man only to have him literally stare me down and condescend to me with every answer I politely provided. He harshly judged the schedule I'm forced to live my life by due to life circumstances out of my control, basically calling me a liar. All the while still staring me down. After that I was given two weeks of Phentermine to start, with refills for two full months, and instructions not to drink any caffeine, and not to take it less then 13 hours before bedtime. Absolutely NOTHING is worth being treated like this for! NOTHING! If it means I never get the help I need to lose this weight, that's a fair trade as long as I never have to be treated that way again. I absolutely refuse to ever come back here. I feel such sympathy for all the women that probably feel that they have to allow this abuse to lose weight. $140 completely wasted that I will never see a refund for after being harassed and humiliated like that! After going over things in my head, I don't feel safe taking that medication. Two weeks worth of pills I'll be throwing away. I urge anyone considering doing business here to go to a different weight loss center where you'll be treated like a human being instead of a criminal. read more

I can't recommend or not recommend the service this medical office offers because I never made it that far in my appointment! Weight is a hard subject to talk about so I think anyone that advertises a treatment for weight loss should come with some compassion! The waiting room was completely full when I arrived at 10am for my 1015 appointment! I was seen by the medical provider at 1215! Everyone was complaining about the wait time & the staff offered to reschedule but what is the point when you've already been there for over a hour! Every staff member in the office was on their phone 95% of the 2 hours I was in the office. I understand, when there is nothing to do, you get your phone out, but excessive cell phone use & going outside to vape every 5 minutes aren't good looks in a medical office running very far behind. The MD I finally got to see was a complete ass! Ask questions but didn't let me answer, making passive aggressive statements, not listening- that is the KEY thing! People aren't paying huge amounts of money & giving up their time to not be heard! I gave, my time, with the MD approximately 10 min (he doesn't like approximates so he probably won't like this review) & I realized we were not going to make a good team! Maybe it's a personality conflict, maybe it was me but I wasn't going to stick around to find out. My GUESS is this place just pushes Phentermine, injections and an extremely low calorie diet but I will never know! Side note - the girl that drew my blood was very nice & professional! In response to business owner Brian - I assume this is the man that was working the front desk & went outside to vape multiple times?? I did, in fact, have an appointment! I called at 0848 yesterday - I was given 3 options for appointment times & then told how much the initial appointment would cost & that I needed to fast for the blood work! I am pretty sure, that as a medical provider, you have been instructed on patient confidentiality and HIPPA! Do you want to continue to discuss my appointment on a social media platform? You're absolutely right - I did leave my appointment- i did not "storm out"; never raised my voice or became unprofessional & I said to bill me for the 2 services you performed today! You don't know me & it's very wrong & unprofessional of you to call me "defensive" - nothing about my medical history would cause me to become defensive! I left my personal opinion out of this review- even stating, it could be my issue but your response just makes is clear I & many others - made the right choice in finding another provider! Front desk personnel was great! Very friendly & helpful. Dr Feingold listened attentively to my health concerns then provided knowledgeable feedback and a nutritional health plan. The pharmacist, Don C., also exemplified great customer service & provided detailed information about the medications. Overall, it was a great experience! The only con I have is the location & the office. It's too far and not in the most ideal area and the office is in need of cosmetic repairs. Honestly, the pricing is great and the staff is nice. If you are willing to spend most of your day there and continue to come back for weekly prescription refills then this is the place for you. I like this place, but the fact that every single medical assistant, and one of the receptionists are always on their cellphones is really annoying. There are a few patients waiting in the lobby while 3 medical assistants are talking in a room while searching on their Facebook page. If they call you to the room, they will still ignore you because they can't stop their silly conversation. I feel terrible for this doctor that is paying six employees while only 2 of them do all the work. And on top of that, they give bad attitude to the patiences. Shame on them. I really think he should fire at least 4 of his employees, hire a new medial assistant, and his business will boom. read more

Please, if you do not open at 8:30am or close at 6pm change your business hours on your doors, website, yelp & business cards or anywhere it says you do. I've been here by 8:30 am and had to wait until everyone came in at 9am and also gotten here at 5:40pm only to find all lights shut off and doors locked. read more

Friday was my first visit to this clinic when I looked up the reviews I was a little skeptical about marking the appt but the gentlemen that answer made things a little clear to me it basically like a first come first serve so they schedule you at a time. So I schedule for 9am but they open at 8:30 to start signing in you sign so all your paper work then at 9am they call one person at a time one after another then get all your info it takes time it was all worth it and went with the flow. Today was my first visit to Medical Reducing and I had a good experience. All the staff was very nice I filled out my new patient paperwork and they weighed me in. After being weighed in they did my blood work to check my cholesterol. After checking my cholesterol they got my blood pressure and then I met with the doctor. The doctor did a thorough interview going over my medications that I'm on and my history of weight loss and weight loss products. They ran my pharmacy log with the state so there was no question on what medications I was taking and what I wasn't to make sure there was no problem with me taking phentermine. They went over nutrition and gave me a booklet to follow on diet and snacks and explained how the metabolism works. There's two different options on the phentermine they either have the slow Release or the original phentermine. I chose the slow release because I feel that would fit my day better so that way it will curb my hunger for about 12 hours straight. Today I weighed in at 194 so here I begin my journey of weight loss with medical reducing... I will keep everybody updated on the success and the customer service. read more

This place is amazing, never thought I would find anything to help in my weight-loss, but I finally did! The staff is absolutely amazing, without a doubt. Every week I go in there is 1 nurse that always waits for me to see what I've lost, she always high fives me even if it's 1 lb down.
