I visited the offices on a Saturday and was very pleased with the precautions taken to remain safe during COVID. I never removed my mask nor did Stephanie - I went in for Botox which only required access to the upper half of my face, so I'm not sure if other treatments would enable you to keep your mask on. As for the treatment itself, I really couldn't be happier. Stephanie really listened to what I asked for (my face muscle structure is prone to drooping so injection sites are a little specialized to avoid this) and didn't just try to oversell me. As she told me during my appointment and I was also told in my follow-up, you can always add more but you can't take any out! She didn't push any products or services on me, but did make me aware of the services available for the concerns I expressed. I like that they insist on a follow-up appointment about 10 days after your session to ensure you are happy with the results and do any adjustments then. It shows a commitment to excellence since they know they will be reviewing the results with you. I am very happy with my results and have already recommended them to a friend and even my mom. Their price per unit is on the higher end, but since it is going in my face and I'm stuck with the results for 3-6 months, I would prefer to pay more to ensure I am getting the highest quality care. I have been going to Stefanie since she opened Medical Skin Boutique. I've been to plenty of different places over the years for Botox and Fillers and Stefanie and her team are by far the best I've encountered. Not only is Stefanie incredibly knowledgeable, she is extremely friendly and honest. As the business grew and she hired a team of nurses, I had the opportunity to see both Angela and Jess and they are both fabulous. I have now booked several appointments with Jess and she is fantastic - extremely knowledgeable in the field, down to earth and easy to talk to! At one of my regular Botox appointments I explained to Jess how I wished I could get rid of the bags under my eyes. She took the time to talk to me about an under eye thread lift and showed me videos of the procedure and before and after pictures of herself. She performed the treatment that same day and I LOVE the results and am so glad she took the time to answer all my questions in detail which convinced me to do the treatment that day. The boutique is exceptionally clean and I have never once had any concerns about safety pre or post COVID. In addition, they always check in within 24-48 hours after any procedure to make sure that I don't have any questions or concerns. I can't say enough good things about Medical Skin Boutique! Everything from the atmosphere, to the team, to the services and products they provide is amazing. I first came in November for a consultation. I wanted to get botox for the first time but was SO nervous. I didn't want to have that "frozen" look. Nurse Chandler was so sweet and comforting and asked if I wanted to get it done that day, and I did. I was shocked it did not hurt at all. It was just enough botox to get rid of the lines on the side of my eyes and did not look overdone. Now, I am hooked lol. My second time there, I got my first ematrix treatment done to smooth out my creases under my eyes. I was VERY nervous at first because I have sensitive skin and was scared of the side effects. Michelle was so nice and made me feel so relaxed! This also was pretty painless (minus 2 places which just felt like a little pinch). It was not bad at all. I just started going here in January and I LOVE it. I have had red cheeks for almost all my life due to keratosis pilaris (which I thought my whole life was rosacea), but also extremely sensitive skin so I was worried to try basically anything in fear of making them worse. I had an incredible experience getting lip fillers for the first time with Dominique! She made me feel very comfortable and did a great job informing me on what to expect. I had originally come in just for a consult but she had enough time to fit me in right after my consult- amazing! The facility is CLEAN and nicely decorated. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and cleanliness off office and the facial left my skin feeling great!
