He did test her for the rihnovirus and rsv which came up negative. 2 days later she was worse, I called this hospital and an amazing nurse told us they would transfer her to US Davis if we brought her in anyways if she needed more than what they could do for her and told us to drive safe on our way there. So we took her right away, she is in ICU getting amazing care! She has HMPV virus which also went into the beginning of pneumonia and a UTI and she's only 10 months old. My daughter said the DR at Orchard tried to take care of the baby, but was not equipped to do so. Maybe instead of sending her home, advising to go to UC Davis would have been sufficient enough for us because we did not know where to take her to get her the help she needed and we were just reaching out for help 8r advice. I have been to this hospital for myself and they went over and beyond to help me, but infants or children, take them to UC Davis if really sick.

This review is specifically for the Covid vaccination program in building B…read more I have only good things to say about the way this Sutter is managing vaccinations. Appointments are made through the patient portal. There's no waiting when you arrive and ample parking. There is a specific entrance and separate entrance which feels very safe. When you enter (with a mask) you're asked some screening questions and asked to sit socially distanced in the hallway. Less than a minute later, the nurse took me to a station, verified information and gave me the shot, absolutely painless. The nurse gives you an information sheet, and the vaccination record, which you need to keep in order to get the second dose. From there you enter another room where chairs are placed 6 feet apart and are cleaned often. You wait for 15/30 minutes depending on your personal health history. (Free WiFi, so no problem there!). A tech checks on you to ensure there are no effects and provides you with and information sheet. Then another tech comes by to schedule the follow up appointment. I was assured that those that receive the first dose are assured the second dose due to strict record keeping of inventory. Everyone was super nice, so many questions were answered kindly and repeatedly, as ma y of us had the same questions over and over. The nurse told me not to massage my arm to allow the vaccine to disperse at the appropriate rate. The day after I woke up with a bit of a sore arm, but nothing that impaired my ability to work or parent. I'll post a second review after my next dose. I received the Moderna vaccine and was incredibly pleased with my entire experience!!

If you are on Medicare and Medicaid for some reason you are exposed to this? Medicine has become a pay to play proposition. And the HELO app that patients have to use make appointments and receive test results is subpar. The communications with patients is also sub par. The AI virtual assistant makes getting anything done in a reasonable amount of time frustrating. Messages and fax communications from specialists in the community sometimes can take can take weeks. This is healthcare? More like HELL care. And it is not the fault of the clinicians or the medical support. It is the fault of the executives in the organization itself. If someone told me that this organization is being run by a private equity firm, it would not surprise me.

After a grueling 40-minute wait, I finally reached someone who informed me the call was actually to confirm my appointment. Why couldn't the representative just state the purpose of the call in the voicemail in the first place? Having to spend 40 minutes on hold just to clear up a confusing message is incredibly frustrating. Please fix your phone tree and train staff to leave clearer messages!

She was treated kindly which is very important ( I have done 2 long tours as a missionary in West Africa so good care along with dignity and respect go a long way!) I am not a patient nor have I ever been here as I do not live in this area but the inside looked clean and she was well taken care of! Btw..it's behind the police station and Burger King. From the highly unprofessional conversation by the ER staff I overheard during my check in, to the bruise/bump I was left with after my blood draw. The ONLY upside was they were the only facility open for lab work on a Saturday.
