Their service has been flawless and they have been very accommodating through the times that I've had injuries and surgeries and been unable to work for periods. Stay away! They are ripping off customers by putting a small print in their long contract that 60 months are the length of the contract and if you cancel before 60 months you owe them for 60 months monthly service of thousands of dollars.They charged me $900 a month for towels and sheets.I am doing it myself now with only 2 loads a week and $700 of new towels enough for 1 yea ! I They sent me to collections for $12,000 early termination fee.I never even signed the contract ,My esthetician signed the contract without my approval. She was not my employee at that time. Well, this is a long over due yelp review. I used their service to dispose of hazardous waste for my business. I must say, they are very communicative and responsive, which is much needed when dealing with business and your livelihood. I truly appreciate their professionalism. The Medico team is quite understanding and compassionate. Anything you may have questions on or are in need of, they are always willing to help. For the quality of service you receive, they are exceedingly worth it. Now I currently do not work in the same field and I am in college but for anyone who is looking for linen services or hazardous waste disposal amongst their other various services, I would highly recommended working with them! I Do Not recommend Medico Linen Services at all. The salesman, Luis F Sanchez forced me to renew my contract or had me pay over $4500 penalty. Then, they do not deliver articles correctly or on time but charge the customer anyway. Complains gets reffered to someone else which gets frustrating after awhile. read more
