I…read moreadded purple was told it was 25 dollars extra agreed that was fine so I go today and I had her cut my sons hair took 5 mins with sheers to fix his fohawk charged 20 then my man got his hair and beard which was 30. Well I asked her how much it was gonna be, she tells me it's 134 for the Groupon (she told me not to buy it that she would honor it) then 25 for purple and 25 for the bleach and 25 for length!!! She did not tell me about the extra 50! So she tells me 258!!! At this point I'm freaking out cuz of the price. So I told her not to do hair cut so it could knock some money off. Then the purple didn't even stick she told me it is either faulty hair dye or because she didn't wash the bleach out she just squirted water on it and wiped it of with a towel then put the purple on... so she tells me she took the 25 off for that. asked if I wanted her to put it back in then or reschedule I didn't have time so I had to reschedule thinking she would do right and fix it for free since my hair looks nothing like I wanted it too. But nope as I was walking out wanted to charge the 25 for it. So at this point I was charged all together 184 for my hair and the boys cuts ( which was 50) What I got was a dye job that's not right and walked out looking a frizzy hotmess for 134. I'm so mad this is why I don't get my hair done... I literally cried I don't do much for my self and I just dropped 200 (I still tipped her for whatever reason) and I don't even like it literally one of the colors she died my hair is the same color as my hair and I have random purple spot threw my hair. First is what I wanted, next two is what I got and walked out with... last is what it looked like when I straighten it. She will only fix it if I pay and will not refund she also dyed a spot on my sons head got dye on my shoe and cut my bfs neck and head all up. To say the least I am very u please with my results for the amount I paid. Will be in contact with bbb and license department and will be taking to court I will get what I deserve!

When I went back recently, it wasn't as great of an experience. The girl who cut my hair was friendly but my haircut was uneven. I caught that some of it was uneven in the back and she fixed it but then when I got home and curled my own hair (because it wasn't styled there) I realized that the two sides were uneven and the back too. With the uneven hair, I tried to call the salon before I had to leave to go out of time but calls went straight to a voicemail and they weren't very timely in calling me back. Update: They responded to my comment on their booking site and said the manager would be reaching out, but there has been no contact. If I didn't handle getting my hair fixed elsewhere, I would be even more disappointed.
