It's been a really difficult day from my significant other and I , we had to take our cat to the vet on standiford because he's not doing well, while the doctor took him to do some tests, we decided we needed to leave and get something to eat since we haven't eaten all day. I was looking on maps to what's open late and I saw this place was open till 2am and a quick 2 min drive from the vet. The first thought that came into our heads when we got there was " it smells so good!!" . We looked at their lengthy menu and decided on a small super supremo pizza and a small Greekoo pizza. My man loves Greek food and was beyond excited to try the Greekoo. (I'm not a fan of Greek food.) The workers that were working was Francisco R. and Robert , great customer service and our pizzas came quick. We took our pizzas with us and we ate it so quick! Amazing cheese pulls! Fresh produce! And must I mention, the Greekoo was AMAZING! For an individual who doesn't like Greek food, they sure did persuade me. Both the pizzas were beyond delicious! My daughter and I were in the area and she wanted pizza. This place popped up so we tried it out. We were not disappointed!!! We got a large 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 combo, and cheesey bread. OMG, The crust of the pizza was amazing! Well cooked, not doughy, or cardboard tasting like a lot of the chain places! The sauce and toppings were perfectly balanced! The cheesy bread was delicious too! The guy that helped us was super sweet too! The place was clean and the ambiance was simple. Will absolutely be heading back here!! Easy to miss based on the location but good pizza! The business is located on a small corner spot of a strip mall surrounded by other businesses and fast food. There are very limited seating options outside and one table inside so a little bit more practical for take-out. The menu is pretty extensive with more options than just pizza. We got 2 different pizzas and the cheesy garlic bread. The mafia was an all meat pizza with red sauce and had premium meats like linguica which is our favorite, the sauce was tasty and the crust was cooked to perfection. The second option was the Mr. Potato which had french fries, jalapenos and chicken. Also pretty good and not dried out which I was thinking was going to happen with the fries. Hoping it was an off night because this pizza usually hits so hard. However, the pizza last night was very dry (not enough sauce) and the bottom was also very dry to the point that we all noticed something was definitely off. Also ordered the bone in garlic parmesan wings and we received what tasted like buffalo breaded wings with garlic parmesan sauce splashed on like an afterthought. They have a sign posted asking for a Yelp review so I will take a shot.  Food is good. That being said, from a customer's perspective the service lacks attention to detail and any kind of compassion or accountability.  My order was made incorrectly. I realized it when I got home and called in. I was told if I returned, they would remake the sandwich. This is inconvenient since I was already home after a long day and just wanted to sit down and eat with my family. My wife told me to stay calm and I assured her I was too tired to be mad at this point.  When I got to the restaurant my replacement sandwich was not done yet. I brought in the original sandwich since I could not eat it because of what was on it. I was told I could keep it to make up for the mistake. Again, that does nothing for me since I am not physically able to consume it. I placed it on the counter and told the man behind the counter I was beyond frustrated. He responded by telling me "he understood" because he deals with customer complaints all the time. Before I could respond he immediately moved on to another customer not allowing me the opportunity to say anything else. He then went on to bounce back and forth from the kitchen to the counter, laughing, making fun noises like it was a party.   My frustration is not with the mistake. It was initially with having to leave home and return to the restaurant because of someone else's mistake.  I had been working since 4:00am and was looking forward to a nice meal with my family. When it was all said and done, at 8:22pm my wife and daughter sat and ate while I was making a trip to a place I had just left. All of my frustration now is with the complete absence of any empathy for my situation which was created by their mistake. I was exhausted and one of the few positives I was looking forward to was taken from me with a smile.  I have to give it to them, the food is good. (I am guessing the sides we got would have been better if they weren't cold when I ate them.) Outside of that, the people that work there are completely oblivious to any type of customer service etiquette. I went back with an open mind and the reaction I got has slammed that door shut. Even with that, I don't think they care because they got my money.  In the future I would rather have average food from good people. read more

They all were the worst i have ever had, All we just salt, too much salt! I'm really disappointed to be writing this because this used to be a good pizza spot for us, though not necessarily our favorite. Unfortunately, the last two times we ordered from Nizario's Pizza, the quality has gone downhill in a very noticeable way. Both times, by the time we got home from picking up the pizza which is only about a 6-minute drive. the bottom of the pizza box was completely soaked through, ripped, and falling apart from grease and moisture. That should not be happening in such a short amount of time. It's a clear sign that something is off with how the pizza is being prepared or handled. The pizza itself was just as disappointing. It had almost no flavor, and the crust and bottom were so soggy that picking up a slice turned into a mushy mess in our hands. Instead of being able to enjoy a slice, it fell apart and left our fingers covered in grease and wet dough. It honestly felt undercooked and poorly prepared. Something has clearly changed, and not for the better. Please take this feedback seriously and look into what's causing the excessive moisture and lack of flavor. This isn't the quality customers expect. We hope this issue can be addressed so future orders don't have the same problem. read more

Welp, My experience was ok compared to everyone else's. I got the bbq chicken pizza and I found the sauce to be overwhelming sweet. It masked the other flavors on the pizza, but I like the crust. It wasn't fluffy but it wasn't super thin either. I got the jalapeño poppers as well, and I thought they were good. The pepper was red so gives it a nice spin compared to the standard green one. However, all I got were the poppers and that pizza, medium size and my total came out to $35. I found it super steep of the price, especially for a pizza I found super sweet. Not really worth it in my opinion. I'll give it another shot but a different pizza choice for sure. read more

If I can give a zero rating I would! Never will I EVER order from here again or will I recommend this place to my friends, family or subscribers! We ordered our pizza an hour and a half prior to closing, their driver thru Slice never showed up, so I called the 1-800 number and they said Nizario's NEVER confirmed our order! So if I never would have called this number I practically probably would have been waiting all night for our pizza, it was a late game night our kids were starving, and They had the audacity to charge my husband's card for a pizza we never got! Looking forward to calling Wells Fargo and reporting fraud! I would really advise to not order from these people! This is not the first run-in we've had with this place. We are fairly new to this city. This would never happen in San Francisco!
