The staff seemed a little surprised to see a customer at 8:15 AM on Saturday. There was a sales rep and two mechanics available, which made me happy. They were accommodating, but they admitted that they don't get a lot of public customers. They perform a lot of service on used cars for the nearby Ganley dealerships. I figured if they do good work, I'll be a repeat customer. I am impatient, so waiting in line for an oil change is not my cup of tea. In fact, I was the only customer in the place the entire time I was there. My oil change and tire rotation was done in under and hour and the price was $69, which I found to be very reasonable, considering it costs $100 for an oil change a few doors down the street.

Many motorcycle manufacturer offer a military/veteran discount. If you are active duty military, a veteran, related to one, know one, or have respect for military personnel, don't give these people your money. They obviously have no respect for the people who sacrificed so much so that they could be free.

When I confronted them with what I had been told their story changed to "oh it is actually here but it's in the garage having minor work done. Do you want to see another one that similar?". It was similar but about $2500 more. Idiots lost my business. They are the guys who give car salesmen a bad name.

What kind of franchise is this? What kind of warranty does Advance Auto offer if it cannot be redeemed at any of their locations? Avoid this store.
