Since this was our first time buying a dirt bike, we had a lot of beginner questions about maintenance, safety and sizing. I've been there several times with my son. Every time I walk around for around 30 or 45 minutes and I have never been approached by a sales person. Not even once. In fact the only person who ever approached me there was actually really nice. He said he was the owner. He then went and got a sales person to help me. I've worked in sales and they need to retrain thier entire sales staff. They just sit at thier desks and ignore you. I was looking to buy a 2 year old dirt bike, still new. It was marked down $250. When I asked for an 'out the door' price, they tacked on another $1650 in taxes and fees. The taxes I understand, but that was more than a 30% increase. When I asked if they could knock some off, the best they would do was knock off $150. My son, trying to help, called and asked to speak to the manager. He asked the manager if they offered a military/veteran discount. The manager's reply? "Now why would I want to do that?". Many motorcycle manufacturer offer a military/veteran discount. If you are active duty military, a veteran, related to one, know one, or have respect for military personnel, don't give these people your money. They obviously have no respect for the people who sacrificed so much so that they could be free. read more

Dealt with Ethan and Tony both told me I had a zero credit score when another dealer ran my credit and I was good. Started arguing with these guys about the obnoxious extra 569.74 in extra fees that they couldn't explain why the fees are for. bike went from 3000 to 3800. Several issues that I had. Put a deposit on the bike over the phone because I couldn't find the bike I wanted anywhere else. Put $1000 down and I have excellent credit (this comes into play later). I get there to pick it up. It was a brand new left over bike. It's still brand new. I get there and they are busy. I get it but I just drove 2 hrs and they knew I was coming. The sales guy I was dealing with was too busy with a walk in customer that was there for the second day in a row but he was a professional football player so the salesman was drooling over the potential for a big sale. Instead of dealing with the guy who he's getting an actual sale from. Thankfully another salesman helped me out, very nice guy. He went and got the bike for me and let me look it over. The bike wasn't ready or cleaned. It was literally sitting in the back covered in dust. Extremely disappointing buying a new bike. I could see if I just walked in and wanted to buy it. Then came the finance part. The finance guy told me what the payments were going to be and it didn't sound right so I looked at the bill of sale and they charged $1000 in freight and prep. I've never paid that much freight and prep on a motorcycle before. If this wasn't the bike I absolutely wanted I would have walked out the door. But I wanted what I wanted and I paid for it. Bought two new bikes here from Alex this year. Had some extra set-up needed on one and let him know the day before, when I went in it was ready to go as requested. Finance was a breeze and the bike was rolling down the road in no time. Second purchase was even smoother than the first one, in and out with a new bike in under two hours. Not sure why people are upset about online pricing not including tax (dependent on your residence - so how could they?) or destination charge (maybe call and ask about the 'out the door' price on what you're looking at). read more

Great place to go if you are looking for motorcycles, scooters, and adventure vehicles. Such a great selection. Friendly staff and a knowledgeable service department. Pricing for service is good! Only thing that could use an improvement is layout of the store and the helmet size selection (not enough for us big headed people). The parts and accessories is fenced off from the bikes, so you have to walk all the way out and around to get to the bikes. But since they have a ton of vehicles, this is probably done out of necessity. I've bought two bikes here already and would readily buy another one from here without hesitation! read more

I purhased a 3 year warranty for my motorcycle at a cost of $1552.00. I had the cycle for 6 months and put 56 miles on it and traded it in on a different one. I requested a refund on the balance of the warranty and received a refund check in the mail for $233.66. this is so ridiculous it isn't even funny. 6 Months and 56 miles and the balance of my 3 year warranty is $233.66??????? I am not happy with these people and I would advise anyone buying from them to forget about buying a warranty from them. If I could give them lower than a 1 star review I would. To say I am angry doesn't even describe what I feel about these people. I figured the refund should have been closer to $1,000.00. My advice? Don't deal with these people. read more

I would not buy a motorcycle from this dealership. I tried to buy a 2024 Goldwing, giving them a deposit. My plan was to fly there and pick it up. i then had emergency surgery and was told I couldn't ride for 4 weeks. Sales Manager Steve Andrade said they would hold the bike if I paid for it in full. I advised I would pay by credit card now (and I offered to pay fees) or pay cash or with cashiers check when I picked it up. This wasn't satisfactory for Mr. Andrade and I cancelled the deal. Then Mr. Andrade sent me a text stating my deal "screamed of fraud". This irritated me and I sent the owner evidence I was in the hospital and other paperwork supporting everything I said was true. I then got a call from Steven Andrade trying to resurrect the deal offering me the opportunity to provide a deposit and allowing me to pay for the bike in full with a cashier's check, the same thing I originally them. Obviously he was scolded by the owner. I advised I have since placed a deposit with another, reputable dealership in the Midwest, and they offered me a better deal and would allow me to pick up the bike in 4 weeks. I got my deposit back from Thrill Point Motorsports but would never buy a motorcycle from this place ever. There are far better dealerships out there. I recommend using them. read more

Bought a used 2019 Kawasaki a few weeks ago. They told my husband it still was under warranty for four more months. The sales person confirmed it when we signed the papers. That's how my husband sold me on getting a used unit. 3 weeks later we are having some issues with it going in and out of 4 wheel drive. My husband took it in to be serviced. Guess what it's not under warranty. Then they tried to sell him a service agreement. Buyer beware make sure you get it in writing before you sign on the dotted line. My review is more so about an individual "salesman" rather the entire company. 10k on a used Harley. On pickup, told me they couldn't get radio to work and didn't get keys. said they would get them to me next morning. Got home found other little issues. (seat bracket ripped out of seat then rigged back on, baffle held into exhaust by a pin etc., used bike, so it's expected I guess) I ended up somehow getting the radio to work. Next day I had to contact them through multiple texts and phone calls to be told they don't have keys for me and will take two weeks to arrive. Gives me attitude when I get upset and say, "you sold me a bike with no keys? how am I supposed to secure the bike or even get gas?" he responds with, "he's just trying to help me out", instead of making this right, he's helping me out. Over a month later, and multiple phone calls with him telling me each time he will check with Stinger Harley to see, I finally get keys. Drive my car to pick them up because I can't put gas in my new bike because, you guessed it, no key. I get home and the keys don't work. they only open gas tank. This is when I learned my tank lid is only secured on by electrical tape wrapped around the latch. I could have been riding my 10k Harley this entire time. I take the keys back and we head down to Stinger. This is when they tell him none of the VIN numbers, he gave them were anything close to mine, he never ordered my key. he ordered other keys he needed but not mine. Luckily, I was in Stinger the Saturday before and when I asked about my keys, they told me there wasn't an order for them. So, I ordered and paid for my own keys then. Saturday, they told there was a set that's been sitting there waiting for them. Those were the keys he said were mine on Thursday when he called to say they came in. That means my "salesman" waited at least four extra days to tell me they were in. I will never make another purchase like that again from this place. This was truly an awful experience and I feel like a fool. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. read more
