Very professional, and do a great job. Had to have my transmission rebuilt. They did a great job for me at a reasonable price.

My check engine light came on yesterday, so I called Rad Air this morning to see if they could…read moreidentify the problem. Sure enough, they got me in at 10am. When I arrived, my car was taken by a mechanic within 5 minutes. I was given a prompt diagnosis and quote for repair. That's fast service, but the diagnosis was wrong. I took my car to Conrad's to have the underlying issue fixed.

Seems that this business takes advantage of women. My mom went here for a brake job 4 months ago to…read moreget a brake job and I am in disbelief how bad she got ripped off. Its now about 11,000 miles after her brake job. (Note my mom is in her 70's and doesn't track race her SUV at the local race track. While we were coming back from Columbus the car shook violently when she braked even at around 50% of the way. I told my mom that she needed a brake job and she told me she just got one done at Radair in Medina. I asked her what they did, and she got the invoice. ($1206) Then I started reading it. Keep in mind New Rotors and Pads is a full brake job and the dealership price ranges from is $800-$900 her price is $1206. For a half of brake job. 1. Interesting notes: They charged her $80 to remove 1 wheel because they said she didn't have a wheel lock. Well she could have picked up one at the dealer for $12 2. They machined the rotors which makes the car unsafe and under recommended spec. The rotors were not even machined evenly which is causing the unsafe car vibration. He charged to have the rotors machined the same price the dealer charges for brand new rotors. This takes big balls to have the gull and even machined them unevenly causing the vibration. I called Chuck and was noticeably upset. Not only is he putting cars on the road in severely unsafe conditions but he also feels no guilt or shame about charging full price for 1/2 a job. Ill be adding to this post to update on the progress.
