No greeting, no basic courtesy, no acknowledgment of anything -- not even a simple "Have a good night." Just attitude, silence, and my bag shoved across the counter like I was an inconvenience for walking in. This is a medical dispensary. Many of us come in managing anxiety, pain, or other conditions. His hostility was so intense that I actually started shaking and almost walked out without my order. The only reason I didn't was because I refused to abandon myself over someone else's bad attitude. The lobby is smaller than some other locations but it is more than enough space in my experience. The staff is always friendly and gets you checked in quickly and the board to see your wait is clearly posted. I have never waited long in this location usually only waiting 5 minutes before they call me back. I always do my orders in app or on the site as it gives you great detail on the product and it takes away the pressure I feel to make a quick decision in person. I usually make a cart in the morning and then relook at it, make any adjustments and put in an order for the afternoon or early evening.
