DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was told to be here at 8:30 I came in 8:15 incase paperwork needs to be done, it's 8:40pm and I'm still waiting outside. Mind you I had to take my dog to a dog sitter to be here for this. I asked if I could bring my dog they said no because other people will be allergic. Okay.... It's 8:42 pm no other people here for a sleep study besides me, not even the employees are here. I've been calling - I can hear the phone ring- knocking on the door, nothing. I'm already hating the professionalism. If the beds are anything like the previous reviews that I just saw... this won't be good. Two stars since parking was at least included and the employee was nice. It was probably the worst sleep I've had in a while. You can't get an accurate sleep study done here. The temperature control is either too cold with the air conditioner and thin blankets or too hot when the air conditioner is off. Mattress was sitting on the floor. This is my second time having a Sleep Study and the first time look the same way filthy dirty and the tech. Charles obviously doesn't like people he had his computer watching a movie throughout the night and when I ask him to, please put on earbuds so we could sleep he ignored the situation. He has no bedside manner. He put my mask on my face so tight that I couldn't breathe in. The machine wasn't on yet and he kept flipping the light switch on while you're trying to sleep so many times instead of being soft and kind and asking what I needed when he came in the room he denied Having the movie on, and I saw it for myself and he smelled like cigarette smoke, I left there completely drained and worn out he is abusive, and I heard that from several other people as well. This was one of the worst experience I've ever had at a medical center and the worst with a sleep study. I have had one other sleep study which was quite comfortable. It was clean, the staff were professional, and they only woke me up once to give me medication to help me and the study, which it did. Sleep studies are extremely expensive and it is fair to expect great care and quality. This most recent study was not I arrived and the door was locked. A lady eventually opened it but was not welcoming whatsoever. This lady was to be the only Sleep Technician the entire night. She never introduced herself and was not inviting. I was originally told that I would be sleeping there from 8pm to 5am, but sadly that is not what happened. I took one of my large doses of sleep medication before leaving the house in hopes that I would be semi-tired soon after I arrived. I was tired, but was told to fill out a PACKET of paperwork first. They should of sent me the paperwork to fill out before hand or at the very least told me that I would be doing an hour of paperwork when I got there. I had to do this detailed paperwork while exhausted and groggy. I finished all of it and then needed to move my car because it was parked in the wrong place, of which they didn't inform me of beforehand. When I got back I still had to wait until at least 9:30 to be shone to my room. I was brought from this decent looking office to a nasty and uncomfortable bedroom, if you could call it that. I changed my clothes and checked the bed out. It only had a top sheet and a super-thin rough feeling blanket that wouldn't keep anything warm. I picked them up because something seemed off about the bed and found a huge PEE stain. This disgusted me to my core, but the lady wasn't shocked, concerned, or helpful. She begrudgingly offered another bed but I declined. They were two of the smallest mattresses I'de ever seen. They were also not made and were located in someone's office. I really wanted to cancel right then and there but I had just filled out the paperwork and in that paperwork was a form saying that I would be charged $200 if I canceled. This is atrocious and they should be fined or sued for this type of bait and switch tactics. It wasn't until after 10pm that I was all hooked up and in bed and much later than that until I fell asleep. But the night was just getting started. I was awoken by her abruptly coming in and out my room to adjust connections with faulty equipment and/or technique on her part about a "DOZEN" times. Many times she would rush in, apply more "glue", and frustratingly jab a connection back on to my body such as my forehead. I was told to take off the heart rate devices on my finger if I needed anything and the two times I did so it took her at least 10-15 minutes to finally come in and assist me. I could not help myself being that I had over 30 wires and contraptions connected and glued to me. I asked for a blanket because the aforementioned sheet and super-thin blanket was not enough to keep me warm. Sadly the rooms weren't temperature controlled so my room got increasingly hot over the night which woke me up and made it very difficult to sleep. The other time I needed her help was to use the restroom. I had to carry this mainboard of all of wires and devices attached to all over my body, in my underwear no less, through the office, out into a business corridor, and to the buildings main bathrooms. It was quite hard to fall asleep again after that. I woke up for the last time before 5am and asked to leave, which I did around 5:30 once they removed the devices and wires and I fill out even more paperwork. I got roughly 3-4 hours of sleep that was chopped up into horrible bits. Do not ever go here!!! read more

I highly recommend the MedNet medical services. staff is very professional and kind. They make sure the customer is cared for. The facility including the bedroom and bathroom is clean and organized. The bedroom has a large bed with a comfortable tempur-pedic mattress. The experience was relaxing and the care provided was professional and top notch. read more

MedNet Center for sleep study was less than I expected. This is my second sleep study in two different companies MedNet gets things done but they need to fix AC system. They are on the fourth floor of this building and it was July 2022 and it was maybe 78 degrees or higher, the room comes with a noisy fan that doesn't get cleaned very often and we are going through a pandemic. The mattress was sitting on the floor with a thin hospital blanket and 4 flat pillows. It also looked like they use the room for storage. I didn't mind too much that the bathroom was out of the center near the elevator. I need this CPab to get a restful night sleep so I needed to do this study in this place bcuz of my state aide. The medical technician was nice but at the end of the study she removes the wires and she had used some sticky thick ointment on the wires that go on your head so I had clumps of the stuff all over my head. Only way to removing it is in the shower. She wakes you up at 5:00am and she should of told me she left the sticky pads on my body but she didn't, so I walk out with these pads on my calves and back. Listen I know their worst places but they are better ones as well. read more

Not recommended for patients who may have limitations of mobility no in office restrooms available. You'll have to walk by elevators to use one. Will not be coming back for future services. Wishing insurance would have authorized to a different sleep center. A cancellation fee of $200 is applied. Room didn't meet standards or expectations. As soon as I walked in to MedNet lobby I felt welcomed the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. This was my first study and nurse was very patient and helped me through all the steps. There office is very clean , chic and futuristic. My room was extremely clean and my bed was soft and comfy . I would like to explain my experience at this sleep center. I first of arrived at the door being greeted by a lady (Technician). She was very courteous. She gave me a form to fill (just like in every health related office). I filled it up and then we proceeded to the room. I had a room that I had to sleep in for taking results about my sleep. I put on my pajamas and got ready for sleep. The lady presented herself and put on electrodes for sleep study on me. Putting on the electrodes took almost 15 minutes since there were many. The technician took her time and did it all in a very patient manner. I proceeded to sleeping that night. During the night she came to make sure that all the electrodes and sensors were well placed and there were no other problems. My experience was very good over all. I took my CPap unit several days after it was calibrated. It has since changed my life. I feel much better during the day and do not yawn at all until night. I am very satisfied with the results of this sleep study and this medical center. The prices were very reasonable by other sleep study center comparisons. All the people I dealt with were professionals, knowledgeable and courteous. read more
