Like the previous reviewer, I've left multiple emails via their "Set up an Appointment" contact form and received no response after a long time, even after checking my spam and searching for their email address directly. You also don't get any sort of confirmation email that your message has been sent to them. Prior to this year the last review is from over 3 years ago... possibly they are not in business anymore? Don't be tricked by their website, it seems to not have any staff who exist. read more

"THE BEST OF THE BEST" I had a sleep study done last week and had a 100% perfect experience. Luz who arranged the visit was extremely helpful taking care of all the insurance and the rest of the business end. The technician Mr. Leo was patient explained the entire procedure and I was asleep before I knew it. The facility was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Had to get two sleep tests done. A night time and day time one. All I can say is the facility is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. I've been really struggling with my sleep issues and I feel confident they will figure it out with their diagnostic team. Also everyone made me feel safe about COVID and all staff kept their masks on which made me feel safer. I wouldn't go Anywhere else for a sleep test. Highly recommend. read more

Let me start off by saying that the staff i dealt with have all been friendly and responsive. My sleep study was in two phases--an in-home study and an in-lab study. For the in-home study, Heidi showed me the equipment, how to hook it up, etc. It was all very simple. Yes, there some wires and hoses; no, it wasn't the greatest nights of sleep I had. But you're here because you're not sleeping well to begin with, and this is the process to find out why you're not sleeping well. The home study (from my understanding) is to determine if you have sleep apnea or not. I did, so the in-lab study was requested. The in-lab study is done to see if a cpap will help you; to try different masks for comfort and to see how they work; and test different pressures on the cpap machine to determine what works best on your body. My tech was Tigran--very nice, very knowledgeable. You do get hooked up with wires and a cpap device, so you will look like something out of a hospital movie--there are wires everywhere, which I expected. I also expected that i would NOT sleep at all. The room was fine; the bed was comfortable. You get a big screen tv. Tigran hooked my up to all the different wires and a cpap mask, I set the sleep timer on the tv and lay down to go to sleep. Everything about this process is strange, and I wouldn't think would be conducive for sleep--the mask feels strange, the air pressure makes breathing different in a weird way, there's wires everywhere; I was awakened several times during the night to try different masks and to change positions so I slept on my back. The picture i just painted should be an absolute horror show for sleep. But when i woke up at 6:00am the next morning, I was awake, rested, had energy--i literally had the best night's rest in a very, very long time. It just proved to me that my sleep study was way overdue, and showed just how badly i've been sleeping for years now. As Tigran was taking off all the wires, he explained the process i went through the night. it was all very interesting. If you suspect you have sleep apnea, or some other sleeping disorder, i would highly recommend that you get that sleep study, and i would highly recommend All Care. read more

I had 2 sleep studies done at all care sleep center and both times were fantastic. I felt extremely comfortable with the staff and my sleep technician. They explained everything to me and were extremely friendly. After finding out that I needed a cpap machine, Mike spoke with a DME company so I can purchase a CPAP machine. I would highly recommend All care sleep center to anyone who needs to have a sleep study done. You will have a great nights sleep and really feel confident that the results of your sleep study are accurate. read more

I had a sleep study here and my doctor had a titration test on my order however the technician hooked me up wires but didn't add the cpap mask to run the test correctly. Had a terrible nights sleep with all the wires attached. Here's the kicker, since they didn't do the complete test my insurance company (PPO) DENIED the CPAP. They told me I had to do it all over again in order to get a CPAP. Total BS. This place screwed up failed to follow directions from my doctor & now I've got to go through it one more time! Don't recommend these folks. read more

First off, the technician said he doesn't normally work at this center so this may not be indicative of what it's normally like here. While setting me up initially, he said there was a "high leak". He switched out the hoses, but said it's still registering a high leak but that "it will be fine". I thought this was strange but I went along with it. Tech offered no help trying to use the television and just kept saying "we're running late, so you need to try and get to sleep as soon as possible". My appointment was at 9:45pm and I arrived at 9:45 on the dot so I'm not sure how we were running late. Also I don't know if you've ever "tried to sleep", but that's just not how it works for most people, especially when you're wired from head to toe with sensors and have a giant mask over your entire face for the first time. I felt that there was very little bedside manner and general awareness of the delicacy needed for this situation. I just kept getting reminded to try and sleep. Tech took what sounded like a personal phone call right in the middle of wiring me up, and walked out of the room while I sat half connected to all the equipment. A few times, things happened that required the tech to come into the room. Sensors popped off or the "high leak" became too much and he had to switch me to a different type of mask. Each time he came in, he would say "you really need to try to go to sleep" adding mental pressure to my already difficult situation and not really asking if I was comfortable or if any of the machinery that was lying on the bed next to me could be moved. The whole situation just seemed half baked and I felt very unattended to. The machine also continued to do this strange thing where it would blow much harder than before for about 3 seconds and then return to normal pressure. When it returned to normal pressure, it would suck down on my face slightly. Every time this happened it would wake me up right as I was falling asleep. I told the tech about this when he came into the room around 2am and he said "the pressure hasn't changed at all", and that I apparently must be imagining it... but then after I told him about it, magically it stopped happening so it seems as if my telling him about it inspired him to check the equipment and fix whatever was happening. It was very obvious that the machine was switching to a stronger pressure for a few seconds every few minutes - enough to keep me awak The tech told me that if I needed anything, I would just need to wave my arms and that he would see in the camera and come help. You're so wired up, that you can barely move let alone get out of bed. When the tech left the room one of the times in the middle of the night, he left the door open after I had asked him to close it the other two times he came in. With the door open, bright fluorescent light from the hallway poured in and made it impossible to sleep. I waved my arms for about 5-6 minutes 2 or 3 different time with no response before giving up and trying to sleep in spite of the light. It didn't work very well and when he finally came back in because one of my sensors popped off on the back of my head, I asked him to shut the door and asked if he had seen my waving my arms to which he replied "no". I was so frustrated by the entire situation by that time, I couldn't go back to sleep and it was just a big waste of my time and copay. Overall really unhappy with my experience here. Will probably request to go to a different center since I have to redo my titration. I was unable to go back to sleep after I was initially woken up and the door was left open. The whole thing was a huge bummer. read more

I underwent an overnight sleep study at this lab about 10 days ago and it was so much better than I expected. I was a bit apprehensive going into it as I've never had this test done before. The staff was courteous, professional, and thorough and most of all the facility was CLEAN. I slept comfortably all night and Tigran, the lab tech, was very nice and made me feel at home. Special thanks to him. If you need an overnight sleep study I would highly recommend this lab. I will be referring my family and friends as well. read more

I had 3 year fight getting 3 GP docs to approve getting a sleep study done. I was finally able to get the prescription and sent to All Care. Getting the home sleep study was quick and easy to pick up and easy to do. Yesenia was wonderful and incredibly helpful when I needed to see a sleep specialist. My OSA apnea issue will be helped when i get the right Resmed n pillow nasal mask size small as a tool to sleep much better.
